I have a studio I work in that is lighted with fluorescent light and I'm in and out of that area several times each day. Should I be turning that light on and off as I enter and leave the room or leave it on for the 12 hours or so that the room might be used each day?

During the Mike & the Mad Dog show yesterday Franseca & Russo where moaning & groaning over the times of the playoff games in Arizona & Colorado.. They where screaming that why couldn't they put the games in the afternoon East Coast time so that those fans in the East Coast who care to watch have a chance to watch it. What Makes Fransesca & Russo think that the West Coat teams have to set the time of the games to appease them? If they want to watch it so bad stay awake for the game is my opinion.

You have a patient who is dying. After many tests, you have determined that the cause is one of two things. Both have identified treatments, however you do not have time to do further testing to identify which is the root cause. You also do not have time to try both treatments as the condition has gotten severe.
The first treatment is the safer route, and hospital protocol. It will cause no harm if you make the wrong diagnosis, but the patient will still die because you haven't got time to administer the second treatment.
The second treatment will cure the condition if diagnosis is correct, but will speed up death if your diagnosis is wrong.
Doctor A chooses the first treatment. His diagnosis is wrong and the patient dies.
Doctor B chooses the second treatment. His diagnosis is also wrong and the patient dies.

Are either of these doctors legally responsible for the death of their patient?

Is there any difference between the old black coaxial cable and the new white coaxial cable they use now. I want to run cable out to the garage and the neighbor has a spool of black wire but I also want to hook up internet and they usually install the white coaxial these days and don't want to run the black coaxial if it isn't going to work the best for internet applications. Are they differenet grades of wire? What should I be looking for to run internet? Or will the black coaxial be fine?

I met my boyfriend over a year ago, he told me he was having a divorse, but lived with his ex wife, 2 chirldren and his mother. He said he couldn't aford to move out, he does not have much money. He also works for me as a maintenance man in my buisiness I gave him the job after I met him. I have asked him to show me a copy of his filed divorse papers but he said he cant, because his wife filed for divorse in another country, Portugal where they both come from. He said he is not sleeping with his wife. I have a gut feeling that he is lying to me and I feel very depressed about it. He never spends the night with me, although I want him to. I am 37 and he is 29. He does tell me he loves me all the time and is always nice to me. We have been on holiday for a week once. I am moving house and he wants to move in with me, but I don't know if I can trust him.

Ok... So I've had one loooong 5+ year relationship, a few flings, and went on pitiful boring dates. I broke up with my EX cuz I lost all feeling for her... It was sad for both of us :(

I am currently seeing a new girl and have been with her for nearly a month. This is only my 2nd relationship and I'm 23. She is the same age and has NEVER HAD A RELATIONSHIP! She could even be a virgin... Her father passed away when she was 7, and she has 4 male roommates (one is gay).

We both clearly like each other... Any tips or insight so I don't screw this one up?

and it hurts very much. He wants to come back but I am keeping him at bay till a time when I feel I can talk to him without being upset. He said "he doesn't know if he can wait" and when I said "we are back to day one then, if you want me to trust you again" he said "oh well I don't want to be at day one, I don't think I can do that"...

He 's just a user isn't he? He just wants to come back so I can wait on him hand and foot, subsidise his low income and feed him.... (the money I was helping him out with, bought HER drinks - my hard earned cash!)

What shall I do. Sever all ties & grow strong OR stop being mean to him and see him , tonight? I have asked him to wait till Friday... Is that unreasonable?

My ex is currently being ordered to show cause in court and for the state to intervene into the child support case. We have a court hearing in 2 months. He will owe 20,000.00 by that time "all in past child support ordered by the court"

Then he filed a motion to modify child support, and is serving me today or his wife is "which the court said was legal" Anyways, he is trying to lower it after donig NOTHING for 2 years. Will he get away with it? He is not working and has not worked or given me any money for 2 years?

I am no longer working as it's more expensive to pay daycare, my husband is supporting all of us i take care of the kids 24/7.

The past child support was based on him working 12.00 an hour, and me 5.25.

Mind you 1,000.00 of the 20 grand is JUST INTEREST

What will the judge do to him in court for even trying to lower it without having a job? What will he say about me no longer working and i have FULL CUSTODY btw. he just has supervised visits.
