I work 40 hours per week, if you include travel time and lunch I am out of the house on average 10 hours per day. I have a wife and three kids at home, 10months, 2 years and six years. When I come home, normally at 6pm, I have some food (1/2 hour), then spend as much time as possible with the kids till they go to bed, usually all in bed by 9.30pm. The problem is with the baby, he cries all the time, and all day long and is super clingy to his mum. When I come home I am so tired, I can barely stand, I try to play with the kids but the youngest one is making our lives hell, if I pick him up he struggles, if I put him down he cries until my wife picks him up. He doesn't always sleep through the night, its 2am, now he is awake and I am writing this. My wife says I should do more, but I can't I am so tired, work is mentally draining, I get up at 7am every day leave the house at 8am and return at 6pm. My wife says she is drained also. Should I get my wife help like a nanny to mind the kids.

My wife mistakenly filled 3/4 diesel, into a 1/4 gas, and drove 10 miles before stopping. The car has been to the Toyota service center 5 times, and each time returned saying the problem was fixed. However, there was always some problem.

They now say that the engine needs to be replaced, because the diesel burned out the rings in the cylinders, and leaked onto the small block. Cost: $10K

So, my questions are:
1. I know people to whom this has happened before, with different cars, and the result was never so drastic. A couple thousand $ only. Not 10K. So, is this possible? Can diesel do this?
2. The Toyota service center always returned the car to me stating, "the work is warranted for 1 year." Does this mean they guarantee the problem won't come back? Can this cover the cost?
3. Is it possible that they caused this problem by not performing due diligence up front? We only drove it 10 miles with diesel, but they drove over 100 miles to diagnose over the various servicings.

just to clear things up, what's bothering me is not about money, it's about thought. my boyfriend and i don't go out and do things a lot that cost money, and it doesn't bother me, because we have fun together, and that is what matters to me. he and i both have jobs and make money, but he does make more than i do. he contributes a *lot* to his mom's bills, and not only that, pays for *her* gas for her car, even though she works (she spends her money...not wisely.) i am a single mom (my daughter is from a previous relationship) so most of my money goes towards taking care of her :) :) today he said something though that really bothered me...i mentioned something about starting christmas shopping early- i do it slowly and budget my money- and i said i wanted his sizes for clothes, and he said that he didnt want people buying him anything because he wasn't buying anything for anyone! do i have a right to be upset over this? i am *not* a gold digger, i pay for myself...but still...

I took out a so called "performance chip" and shortly there after the car started to have... air flow problems? maybe? When i'm moving above like 7mph, the car has a low beep, that stops after i drive for maybe 10 min without stopping, and starts again if the car comes to a stop. Also when i'm moving and i clutch in, the RPMs dip to maybe 650 and stay there til i come to a complete stop and they return to the normal 800 or so. WTF?

I am going through my last few days of spending and I've come across a tax invoice from when I went to the service station three days ago. When I was there I brought fuel cigarettes and a drink, and I know thats all I brought. But on the invoice it shows the drink was charged to me twice!

I know its just $3.90 and I should have checked when I payed for it, and its been tree days now. But I'm tired of being played!

Should I go and get my money back, you know thats criminal what they have done. I can't just let them have my $3.90 they owe to me can I?

What should I do?

And Why?
