As long as you own the house, you can kick him out whenever you want. Meaning your boyfriends name can not be on the loan or deed. If his name is he has certain rights which you will have to look further into.

You're gonna have to evict him which means he gets his due process rights to stay there until a judge says "go away", and maybe until the marshals come and kick him out. Let's hope for the best tho.

If he has been living there (either rent-free or otherwise), then you may have to give him 30 days notice to leave. I'm not sure about NY in particular.

Your boyfriend has no right on your house. You can evict him anytime at your will under the law.

Is this your boyfriend or ex-boyfriend? If he doesn't leave you can get a domestic relations order.
