A former Jehovah's Witness should primarily talk to his Heavenly Father in prayer, asking for help to overcome the obstacles to reinstating his fellowship with true Christians.

(Hebrews 10:24,25) And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you behold the day drawing near.

The internet is certainly *NOT* the place to find good association.

The only limitations on who one would talk with after leaving a certain group, seems to be, that group. There are several billion people in this world, only a few million of us Witnesses. So that means there is allot of people to talk with.
