Im going to Las Vegas in 2 weeks with my boyfriend, Aunt Katie and her boyfriend. We are taking a lil over 1,500.00 spending cash! Whats it like in Vegs? Minor accident where 3cars involved.Only d1st car has small dent. My car was at d rear.It involves 3 cars.Mine was the 3rd.Cop came,other 2drivers said there was a traffic,and that i hit the back bumper of 2nd car in the middle, the 2nd car hit the back bumper of 1st car in d front.The cop said d 1st car owner said there was a traffic and that he experienced one impact.So d cop said,I must have started hitting from the back.Cop gave me a citation.1st court appearance the cop was not available and one of d driver.I Plead not guilty.NOTICE 2 APPEAR LETTER 2wks time contain''RE:City Of ABC vs Myself:''Pls be advised that a traffic trial court appearance scheduled.Failure 2 appear will result in your appeal dismissed as abandoned and a judgement for the fine stated on the citation.This could result in the vehicle being towed for unpaid fines''.My observation: the 3rd driver didnt show up,no fine indicated on citation,vehicle being towed not applicable cos we all drove off after d incident

Should NASCAR forget about this silly top 35 in points nonsense and figure out a different way to qualify for a race? I think it stinks that the top 8 qualifying for this past weekend were go or go home guys. They claim it is to protect their sponsors that have been loyal to the sport, not that I am a huge MWR fan, but what about UPS & NAPA? Valvoline, Dominos, and Marathon to name a few more. What about the others that are trying to break into the sport such as 360 OTC, Red Bull and State Water Heaters. I propose that all cars/teams registered for the race make their 2 qualifying laps as normal, the top 20 get a free pass into the race and the rest run out in 2 20 lap qualifier/heat races to fill the remaining 23 spot in the field. The only time that season points would come into play is during the rare occasion that weather prevents the normal event of qualifying. In those instances the current rule would prevail.

I was laid of from a tractor-trailer driving job that I held for 9 years. I not only drove the truck, I managed almost all aspects of a single truck operation. I would like to see if there are non-driving job opportunites for me in the trucking industry to apply my experience to. I am searching for websites that list these types of positions. Thanks.

I do not use foul language-my answers are perhaps in disagreement with a YA's question position-but they are reasoned, non-threatening, and yet so many times my answer is removed. I find it unfair the YA removes answers because someone who does not like that answer hit's report it. Are some of y'all out there so afraid of honest debate that you want to repress any dissent to your position?

hi: my husband and i are going on a marriage retreat this weekend and i was wondering if given the chance what would u want from this experience???? Have you ever hung out with after a show? Who was your favorite and what were they like?

I just went to a Between the Buried and Me concert this past Friday night, and I hung out with them, did a little drinkin' and tokin' and shootin' the sh!t.... They were cool.. Met some of the other bands too (Animosity, Horse the Band, and The End). All in all, this was a good weekend.

So LNT advertised a pots & pans set which was to be on sale for 3 days. I know the ad. said limited quantities but when I asked a Sales Rep. where the item was, they said they never received any and that I should just call another location. I wasn't about to drive 15 miles to another location...

I'm wondering if I should write a letter or email to the Corporate location or something? This is just wrong. The Sales rep. didn't even show any regard for the situation. Actually I think he was a manager of some sort. Any ideas/comments?

How can you transfer ringtones from one cell phone to another? Both phones are Motorola V323i and are both bluetooth capable. I heard there was a way to do this by placing the phones side by side, but don't know the steps.

Hi, I have an Acura RL (2000) and my front struts were "jammed"- this happened when the car was serviced. They said- the wear and tear plus the strain of being hung up for servicing did the damage and the struts were now rigid.

The car was horrible to drive initially and the ride was very very bumpy. All the mechanics said the struts needed replacement.

I drove the car for 10 days and now the ride seems better, smoother and less bumpy. It is bad only when I go over a road bump.

Why would there be an improvement? Have the jammed struts become a little better now? Can anyone explain this?

What should I do?
