Education is paramount when it comes to being able to fix the problems plaguing us in today's world. However, environmental issues such as global warming, issues over the war in Iraq, terrorism, and problems regarding health and personal safety are difficult for people to evaluate without feeling the fear of what they know. The fear can even become the source of apathy. People often believe what you don't know won't hurt you, but it can. You must somehow develop the ability to distinguish between living with a heightened awareness of circumstances without becoming too afraid and paranoid as well as ensuring others don't quickly call you paranoid because of what you know but they do not. But that doesn't answer my question. How do we get people to distinguish between living with a heightened awareness and being fearfully paranoid?

We have a son that is going to school for auto-deisel repair and has since purchased quite a few new tools. Included is an air compressor. It is 120 volt compressor but to run it everything else in the garage needs to be shut off including the lights. Also the garage shares a common wall with the kitchen which is wired to one outlet in the garage. My question is, how difficult or expensive will it be to rewire the garage so we can get more power out there to run things without tripping breakers? Can it be done at the breaker box or does it have to have new wires run? Would it be better to run a seperate power line to the garage only? I'm going to leave this job to a professional but was just wondering if anyone has dealt with it before and how much was involved.

It's well established that it takes an amount of time (about 3 minutes) for a photon to reach the earth from the sun. Relativity says that as an object approaches the speed of light that time, for the object, slows. So it follows that a photon leaving the sun at t=0 arrives at the earth at t=0. This is contradicted obviously by observable evidence. How is this so?

I live in a town where not many people do things for a good cause and i am trying to get together some sort of fundraiser to go towards Breast Cancer Research. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do

We all know that God created us equally and that he loves all his creation. Some Jews think that because they are God's chosen people, they are better than other people and favoured by God? I'm on cross country and i need to know if building muscle in my calf and quad area important ,but we don't run up hill during race though. Also is running up bleachers good work out for my calfs.Reason being im asking this first is because when i run it feels as though my legs are gonna give out.
