I have posted that I recieve alot of black on white racism and see thats it's openly televised with no reprecusions.
I wanted to organize a march against it. Not a racist movement a anti racist movement.
But it seems that yahoo answers just won't allow it even though they allow any other cause.
They are trying to quite me even though I donot agress against my suppliers of racism in an unconstitutional way.
Why is this? I don't care if we are the majority..I don't want it for the minority or majority

I would like to know if a new computer monitor. Eg samsung, would work on an old computer. The computer is a pentium 4 from 2002.

Do the newer monitors have a different type of plug in etc?

I live in an apartment and have a metal door with two small windows at the top. The windows are square and just by guessing, are probably 6 x 6 or so, give or take. I'd like to put something on my door for privacy in the evening, as you can see my bed from these two windows. Any suggestions? My neighbor has two plastic squares covering her windows but I would like something nicer. Do they make blinds this small? Or a shade? Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I haven't dropped it or anything, it was just in my pocket.
And when i took it out i tried to turn it on, the lens comes out slightly, then closes, then opens again, then closes and then turns off?
The battery is fully charged, it's as though the lens is trying to eject but somethings stopping it.
Any ideas?
Please help as it was expensive, i'd take it back to the store where i bought it, but it was bought in America and i live in England!

so in school we cant talk about religion because it might go against someone elses

but we study evolution every school year

The wife and I are going to go on a 4-hour ghost tour in Chicago in a couple weeks, led by Richard T. Crowe. Crowe is a full-time ghost hunter in Chicago and the greater Midwest area.

Has anyone done this tour in Chicago, or know of Richard Crowe? I'm interested to know what people think of his tours. The few reviews I found on the web were all very positive.

Not sure if this was the best category to place this in, but Yahoo put Paranormal where it is, so I'll go with it.

Hello everyone. Well let me give you some specs of my network, I have 2 laptops running off of a WAP (Wireless Access Point). Two desktop computers running off of a Router, and a Compaq Proliant 6000 server running Windows Server 2003 with 1 gigabit ethernet card and 2 10/100 ehternet cards.

Right now, the way everything is hooked up, I only get about 3.0mbps transfer on ftp inside the network.

I need to get it at least to the 80mbps range inside the network.
Currently im using a netgear wireless router, and two Linksys NR041 routers.

i have forwarded everything correctly on the routers. All access to the server is correct, nothing is blocked except what should be. Can anyone give me a good idea as to how I can set this up well enough to at least get to 20mbps transfer rate. Remember, this is internally, not going out the internet connection, I want this speed inside my network.

If anyone can give me some hints or even draw me a diagram and tell me what I should buy..

I got married on the 06th September and had my wifes Aunt cat sitting. When we were away she got her leg trapped in something (The story is vague and not relevant at the moment) When trying to release her leg she snapped her achillies tendon. She was taken to hospital and had the tendon stitched back together.We got back from honeymoon and were broken the news that she was wearing a plaster cast and she had surgery.Anyway we get back and we are told she will need to wait another week and have the cast removed. When the cast was removed it turns out that the tendon had snapped again!!! Now I have a cat walking about on her back knee as it were.We took her to a orthapaedic specialist today and he explained that he could carry out complex surgery which may take up to5 months to heal and may not even be succesful.The other option was to have the limb removed and she would be"as right as rain in two weeks"We agreed to have the leg amputated and now I feel sick did i do the right thing?

When I chat with someone I think I just get so caught up in how cute I am. I am so funny and just love making people laugh and want people to like me. I think I have more to offer then most girls like having that validated. The problem is I when I talk to someone of the opposite sex I end up liking myself more and not them. (I sound like I'm so into myself which isn't the case: I think it's just cause I don't hang around with very many people). I get hung up in the thrill and think I could end up leading them on. I want to have a relationship in the near future with someone but I feel this could get in the way as to were I could never truly like someone.

How do I stop this before it get's worse?

Please be kind in your answers as I am trying to fix the problem before it errupts into something huge proportions.

Am I nuts or what? But I simply cannot ignore the similiarities. I admit there are some things here and there that may not jive but, why not?

I am having a problem with phone line noise and intermittant DSL line connection problems. Wehave two modular phone jacks. One has a 2.4Ghz portable phone with a remote base so that both phones can work. That line is filtered at the wall not at the remote base(which cannot be filtered). The Westell 6100 Dual Modem and another phone are hooked up at another jack. The phone there is filtered. I check the line witha Radio Shack detector and it says OK. We also have Caller ID Service as well. We had this problem early on and got another modem. Still persists. The Verizon tech found a bare wire short in the wall jack where the portable phone is located. He attached the black and red wires together so the phone would work. I never re-attached the wired correctly. Could that cause the problem or is the battery in the portable phine gone bad. Or could lightnening damge some thing as well. Thanks for any help. Sometimes the modem disconnects as well. Any thoughts.
