I can't believe it...LOST will not begin it's 4th season until February.

Crap...I'm dying of suspense. I'm addicted to that show and I can't wait to see what happens.

Other LOST fans...what do you think? Does that suck or what??

Player A tells Player B that his drive went left, B cannot find his ball. B takes drop plays the hole shoots 7. Walkin off green A sees B's ball on the right side of fairway. B plays goes back plays ball and shoots 4 (Note: Nobody was behind them, so play was not delayed). What is the ruling?

We recently supplied goods to an exiting customer (limited company). Goods were signed and received in the exiting customers company name. Customer now disputing that he owes this money as he claims to have sold the business prior to the order being placed. The order was given to our agent by the shop manager who had always placed the orders. We have asked the Director of the company on several occassions to supply the name & address of the people who he claims to have sold the business to but so far he has not been forth coming with the information. He will no longer answer our calls therefore it seems to us like he is trying to pull a fast one. The address which we have delivered to is now empty - addressee 'gone away' .Is it best just to go ahead with a County Coiurt Summons to the company and have the paperwork served at the registered office address? the debt totals 1.8k inc vat

I have a Windows Mobile 5 smartphone connected to my desktop PC (Vista) via USB, with Active sync running.

I am after a piece of software that will allow me to type in text messages on my PC and have them sent as SMS (text messages) through my phone.

Just wondering after reading another question about collars. Dogs are required by law to wear a collar with an ID and have a certain amount of protection. Cats aren't required to wear collars and seem to have very little protection. Should the law change so that cats should wear collars in return for greater legal protection (i.e. reporting it to the police if you run a cat over)?

Wouldn't he wait until we matured a little bit as a species? I mean how is it that he did so much 6000-2000 years ago but recently his works have not been known? But we must have faith while he is on vacation for 2000 years? Would't he just do some sort of a press conference (like the president) and tell us how he created everything and what laws he expects us to live by and do it translated into every language to avoid the contradictions we have today?

If the U.S. invaded Iraq because it was suspected of having weapons of mass destruction, and if the U.S. puts sanctions on Iran for creating nuclear weapons, would it not also be justified if Iraq invaded the U.S. becuase it was suspected of having weapons of mass destruction, and for Iran to sanction the U.S. for creating nuclear weapons?

my 95 civic EX coupe has a 4 cyl 1.6L Vtec, and the idle speed in neutral and with the clutch shoved in is 2000 rpm
i realize that this is not normal, so is there some way that i can tune it down? i was thinking this has something to do with the O2 censor, but i really don't know... so i'd appreciate any help i can get!! i don't mean to sound "car-retarted" but seriously..

What are your thoughts and feelings about being a military wife. Good or bad. Vent whatever you want. Do you want your husband to be a lifer and why? Oh and if a guy stumbles upon this question what do you think of us? I'm a navy wife and in these 4 years I've seen a lot of cool places, grown up a lot but its also been the toughest 4 years of my life. I can't wait for my husband to get out though. God bless all you brave strong women. I feel our society doesn't give enough credit to us women holding down the fort. Military wife toughest job in navy/army/marines/airforce!
