Everything and if you can stop the stress it can cause all kinds of illness, even you hair can come out. If your stressed out often, see someone or take a vacation and figure out some life changes that will un- stress your life, then come home and do it.

my ability to think through problems using a clear thought process., as an adult and not revert back to my early childhood of dealing with problems in a totally different way, a permanent way!

sounds wierd but my left shoulder hurts bad. i wrecked my dads 4 wheeler into a telephone pole when i was a kid and fractured my shoulder socket lol. now when ever i get stressed out my left shoulder hurts. it sucks.

Everything...emotional and physical. Its hard to say "you shouldn't let this effect you" and actually stopping the physical reaction your body has to it. Its kind of like trying to stop yourself from breathing....

i get headaches and eye squints.sometimes my jaw feels tighter..then the dynamicks of my household blows out.....
