I'm looking for a place to raise my new family. Maybe you could help us?

We're looking for a place you'd find:
-Liberals, democrats
-Clean air
-Nice weather (not too humid, hot or cold- moderate?)
-Chinese or Asian communities
-Reasonable house prices
-Safe environment (low crime)

We recently left our native Jersey for Pennsyltucky due to home prices being way too high. But where we've settled in PA isn't very tolerant or liberal. We like it here okay, but now that we have a baby, we're looking for a better fit.

Please list places you've been that fit our list along with how long you were there, how recently and what you liked best. Thanks in advance, guys.

she is always twirling it and it gets knotted up in the same place like 2 or 3 times a day. so i have to sit there and untangle it and she is fighting me the whole time and of course her hair is getting ripped in the knot. geez, this child! anybody know how i can get her to stop? you would think the time it takes me to untangle it would be discipline enough. she is almost 2 and a half.

I know it means something not to mention I also have experienced a soulmate connection regarding reno. And then one night I decided to burn a candle and I left it in my sink and when I went to sleep some being was trying to get me. It's all so uncanny but yet falling into place. Can someone explain what is happening? My sister says I am in the 5th dimension. (whatever that is suppose to mean)

I have been married for 7 years (together for 10) We both came from troubled pasts (abusive parents, rough childhoods) and have had some bad luck in our marriage as well with-job loss(2 full years), money trouble, health troubles etc. We have two children and like most people very busy lives. My question is that it seems we have lost each other...we don't get along like we used to, we fight, I feel bitter towards him and I am sure he feels the same towards me...neither of us really feels like the other respects the other. One day things are good and the next it's like we barely like each other. I love my husband and I want my family to be happy. Can you give me some marriage advice to try and bring the happiness back into our marriage? What do you do in your marriage to get over the rough spots? I feel lost and like I can't make it work. I want so much to be a great wife and mother. I want my house to be a safe haven for my family....any advice would be helpful. Thanks

it still affects me, even though no one believe me other than my 2 cousins and my bf at the time. i just had jury duty and i was exused because of the nature of the case was simular to mine but to a greater extream. i was wondering even though it happened along time ago should i tell my stepmother, she wants to know why i was excused. im really scared that she might look down on me. we have recently started getting along and i dont want to ruin the relationship. i have caused some problems in the past regarding my teen years and i have learned from them. i just dont want her to think this is some despret attemped to get attention. help me i fell like crying forever.

I'm not an electronics expert but I am trying to build a low voltage battery operated circuit where voltage is normally present but does not do anything (ie doesn't light an LED) and when that voltage goes out, I need something else to turn on (ie and LED). So basically I guess I need some kind of switch or relay that doesn't let voltage through until there is no power through one of the three wires.
