so im starting to run at home after school everyday into my daily schedule.
1. how long would it really take
2. how do i do it
3. what foods should i eat
4 no diet programs or anything. just some excersises
im 4'8 and i weigh 148

Ok. So, my volleyball coach has been making me sit out a lot, although, I am one of the better players. And I know that she knows that. But I don't know why she's making me sit out. Please help me! i cant use my restore disk because when i put it in (with computer off) it boots to a certain point and then the screen says in the top left corner "1782 disk controller failure". At the bottom of the screen on the left and right side, it says F1 Boot, F10 Computer Setup. Even when i go into computer set up and choose the option to boot from cd (or disk, whichever it was), it still wont boot from the restore disk. I have this problem even if im just turning on my computer to use without wanting to use the restore disk. Is there another way to boot up the CD and return to factory settings?

Originally I bought a LG Cu500 cell phone when it was still Cingular. I still have the Cingular logo on it. My cousin has the same phone and his phone already switch to the AT&T logo. Does anyone know when At&t going to convert all cell phones to the new logo?

Thanks for all your answers. We didnt abandon the children, we actually wrote up a temp gaurdianship type letter for his parents, in cases of emergencies etc. They (grandparents) led us to beleive everything was fine until the other day. We found out they had been talking to laywers about the kids and getting them. The lawyers all laughed in their faces and said im sorry but they cant be unfit if they legally left the children in your custody. It was actually recommended by our lawyer that we set up a suitable home for the children before asking the courts permission to move. Now the kids are being mentally alienated from their father.
I spoke to the sheriffs department and as far as they know he cant be charged with kidnapping but he recommends we speak to the lawyer again to make quite sure of it.
Also, he did mention something called an "emergency" order to leave, but would the mental abuse of the children be enough for that considering they are to young to realize whats happenind?

I wouldn`t, I would just hate religion even more. Because (somehow/someway) religious dogma would have slipped into my sub-concious mind and caused my dying brain to hallucinate. I don`t care how "Real" the experience appeard to be, this is what I would attribute this phenomena too.

Last name is Harrison.

I like multiple birth names when they don't rhyme or have an obvious connecion, but when they are subtly connected.
My triplets, Catalina Angela Terrie, Derik Orlando Gunther, and Francisca Isabel Suri Harrison have names that are subtly connected.
Whoever can figure out the connection gets 10 extra points.
And no, it's not something that you would never guess like family ties.

I think i'm done labeling any music as "christian music" anymore. Real music, that's what real spiritual music should be called, anything else to me isn't real anyway, so why even seperate it as though secular music has a point?
I say this because,Christian Music just doesn't seem Christian anymore.
I don't know what to call the music that seems like it should ACTUALLY be deemed Spiritual, because some of the contemporary "feel good" Christian music does nothing, and it almost seems, and forgive my brutality, but it seems like a cheap way to call something Christian to give people an excuse to listen to it.
Thinking, "oh, this is labeled christian, anything in this will be appropriately and well stated and it sounds cool or whatever so it's fine!"
Truth is,however, that our modern day Christian music sounds like nothing more than secular with a "feel good" spin on it.
Anyone else with any ideas about this, please share.

There are so many theory's such as:

*It was from a primate (monkey) and came to humans
*Some say it just came from mother nature.

Yet in my opinion it seems that Genetic Engineering of the disease it the most appealing and believable.

I'm not sure. what is your opinion on the matter. Do you believe that humans deliberately made this disease to kill?

And if not. Do future diseases live in animals and will soon come to us?
