Definitely a little in the chubby side.
You need to eat only 2 meals plus a healthy breakfast. Nothing else. No fat, No pasta, No lots of hormone growth meats. No pops or energy drinks.
Try substitute your proteins with Soybean products instead of meats. Eat vegetables and fruits instead of breads and pasta. When you eat bread, try heavy multi-grain sour dough instead those sponge soft white bread.
Lots of exercise, run miles per day and exercise that wold burn your calories efficiently.

If you want to lose the weight and keep it off then you must realize that you are needing to develop a lifestyle change, fad diets will help you get the weight off but then it will come right back when you go back to your regular eating habits.
What is helpful is that you get the proper nutrients and still lose weight. I have found for me that a product by Herbalife has worked very well, I have lost 65 lbs and have kept it off for over a year and a half, it simply consist of drinking two protein shakes a day and eating a healthy snack during the after noon and a good wholesome dinner at night. I have never felt better in my life.
go to http://loseweightnow.com/healthysolutions I hope that will help you out. You are already doing the exercises so I also suggest that you drink more water about 75 ounces a day. or 3 20oz bottles and a glass of water.
hope this helps

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time. The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life. Get started today!

It takes time. Run 30 mins or more everyday. You don't have to run it straight through but break it up, like 10 mins in the morning, 10 mins in afternoon, etc. As for food, just eat healthy, don't starve yourself, avoid junk food, and don't eat anything with a lot of sugar. You can try sit ups. Do as much of those as you can, record your process, and keep improving. Also, you should stretch, that makes the muscles leaner. Just try your best (in healthy way)!! Good luck!

You can just eat breakfast lunch and dinner with no snacks in between that helps too. No i am not anerexic either but i do have a six pack by doing about 50 sit-ups a day and i'm only 14 ^^ Anyways if that doesn't work out join jenny craig.

Alright, keep up with your running. Run a a fairly quick pace for yourself for about 20-30 minutes. Jump rope 5 minutes daily with small breaks. This will help lots. Eat only 1500 calories a day. Drink lots of water. I will you luck!

losing weight won't help you run faster if that's your goal. However training may make you lose some...or you may gain because muscle weighs more then fat! If you are wanting to lose weight you should expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week. It's always good to stick with whole grains and lots of veggies and fruit. Also lean meats like chicken. Make sure you get enough protien if you plan to workout alot.

Just be patient, don't sweat the small stuff, and simply keep going at it by jogging constantly several times a week, dedicating yourself to work exercises like lunges/stretches/situps/pushups and try not to pack on extra calories by avoiding junk food.
You really shouldn't worry so much, just keep on exercising and don't even think about it and you'll lose it before you know it..:) Good luck!

Hey Cheerleader
id reccommend you run more, more cardio, not just running try rowing or the cross trainer at a gym.
eat more protein foods, and calculate your daily intake of calories
make sure you burn more than you eat, but remmebr your daily duties will burn calories and you wont notice, e.g. walking, walking in your house, etc, those dumb thing will burn calories slowly. but be dettermined, do cardio for minimum of 20-25 mins, more if you can.
be determinded, and you need willpower, they sell it in all good toy stores...jowk, but seriously if you give up too quick it wont work.
