Ok. So, my volleyball coach has been making me sit out a lot, although, I am one of the better players. And I know that she knows that. But I don't know why she's making me sit out. Please help me! I don't know why she's doing this. What should I tell her? Because trust me! I am mad! Thanks so much!

just casually ask her after practice if theres some reason why u r not playing much lately and sitting out?

You need to talk to the coach and find out why she isn't playing you and then do what ever it is you need to do to correct the situation......or just stay angry.

Maybe she wants other players to get a chance. You probably always get the ball and stuff... and she wants to give others a chance.... =)
