I know I have to wear them, and I do, often, but lately whenever i place the elastics in my braces, the next time I open my mouth, they snap off. I have to keep replacing them and its really irritating. It got so annoying, that i just got to the point where i stopped wearing them for a few days. Why is this? And I am pretty sure that I am putting them in the right way. I even asked my orthodontist and he said i was doing it right. What gives??

I was reading this book on my couch and had this foreign thought, "What is making me aware of what I'm doing? What is the thing that controls my brain? What is the thing controlling the stem cells, cells in my body, my cerebral cortex, and if it's zero point energy, what controls that?" It was odd, but it came to me out of nowhere.

Me and my sister used to be really close untill she got pregant and got married after she had my first nephew I seen him for 2 weeks and she kept him away for 5 months and when she needed a baby sitter she let me see him. a couple of years went by I changed shifts and could not watch him anymore so she started giving me the cold sholder now that she has had her 2nd baby. All of the sudden she tells me she hates me and it was a mistake to let me watch her son and i can't see them no more. There is no reason at all for any of this and she knows me and my husband have been trying for over 7 years for kids She has turned my parents against me and is trying to turn my other sister against me What do I do?

I met a guy about a year ago and we hit it off. He lived about fourty minutes away from me- we were both still in high school without our liscenses so we met up once for a movie. That summer he left for college and now is about six hours away. I am still in high school. We have talked online almost every night for a year now and have rly come to know each other. He is coming home from college for the first time in a month- it has been 2 months since he left for college. I have not been in a realationship before so i am thinking that this is not a good situation for my first relationship. I really feel a connection with him but i have only seen him once. Help!

Congressman Paul Introduces "The Tax Free Tips Act"

Washington, DC - Congressman Ron Paul has introduced legislation that would ease the tax burden on some of America ’s hardest workers – those in the service industry.

The Tax Free Tips Act of 2007 H.R. 3664 would exempt tips and gratuities from federal income and payroll taxes. Tips often compose a substantial portion of the earnings of waiters, waitresses, and other service-sector employees. However, unlike regular wages, a service-sector employee usually has no guarantee of, or legal right to, a tip. Instead, the amount of a tip usually depends on how well an employee satisfies a client. Since the amount of taxes one pays increases along with the size of tip, taxing tips punishes workers for doing a superior job!

Not only that, but the IRS estimates how much in tips an employee should have received and taxes them based on that.
