If she's turned your own parents against you, she must be making some pretty harsh claims. I think you should talk to your sister and find out what in the world her problem is. If that's a no-go, then try talking to your parents. If that won't work either, talk to your other sister and find out what your other sister is saying that's so horrible. I know it's your family and all but if they're willing to hear only one side of the story, then they're really not worth the trouble. I'm sorry to be so harsh.

Talk to your older sister to get to the bottom of this. There has to be more to the story. You said that she's "trying" to turn your older sister against you. If that's the case, find out what she's saying and then call her and demand some answers. If you can't get through to her or she refuses your calls, simply show up at her house. As for mom and dad, write them a letter and ask why they are treating you like this.

Try talking to your parents.
"Hey Mom, do you have any idea why my sister has decided to hate my guts? Why won't she let me come over and see my nephews? What is up with that?"
If you can get anything relatively concrete from that, you can at least approach your sister with it... phone call first, then try mailing her a greeting card with a letter in it.
