I've been working away from home over the summer and now that I'm home my son is afraid to let me out of his sight. I understand and care about how he feels and feel guilty. I need to find a way to let him trust me again because he screams when I take him to school, he follows me around the house and screams if I'm only going to the store. So. I take him to the store with me, but he's not happy enough with that he wants mom and sister to come too. I know it's abandonment issues. Me and my wifes relationship is good and there is no messages to him that we'd be divorcing or anything; however, reading his body language, cries and actions indicate fear of losing me. How can I repair his trust?
Also. Am I just flattering myself or is it really about me or should I be suspicious of something else?

college break will be coming up soon and I'll help him pay his way - but where to go for the most life for our budget? I've suggested alternate lifestyle retreats, monistraies, trips abroad, or just getting in his can and going. Any other ideas? I don't want his life to be wasted like mine was.

I had a pretty good second date with a guy on Saturday. We said goodbye and he said he was going in to work early but would catch up with me the next day (Sunday). He never called. I sent him a text on Sunday morning suggesting we should go to the beach if he got out of work early enough. He didn't respond. It's Tuesday now and I haven't heard from him. Its confusing because he talked about what a great time he had the first night we went out and sent me a message the next morning. On our first date he even said (without me asking) that he saw potential for us.
It seemed like he had a good time the second time we went out too. He just never calls. We only met two weeks ago...am I asking too much too soon? or is it time to let go?

Liberals say "I don't mind being taxed more to help out my fellow countrymen".

So you trust George W. Bush, Bill Clinton & Ronald Reagan to spend your hard earned money more than you trust yourself. Why not keep more of the money you earn and give it to the causes you care most about like conservatives do?

Its a long story but my dad was abusive to my mom while I was growing up and was in jail until I was 5. He would beat her very badly. He never hit me and pretty much gave me everything I wanted when he was around. He is the total definition of a sociopath and thinks he was the father of the year and cannot acknowledge all the pain he put our family through not to mention the emarrassment of having the police at our house every night when I was a child. I am now 34 and dont bother with him much as he lives out of state. He calls and asks for money and says he is being evicted and having open heart surgery (its a lie). I don't understand why he would think that I would want anything to do with him. All he does is call me up and yell at me for not calling. Not sure what is going through his head?

It is only week 5 so theres plenty of time I know this,that is a very blunt statement,anything can happen between now and the playoffs.
you dont know how hard that is for me to say as a die hard STEELERS fan for life.
but i know complete talent when i see it,and the pats are stacked with that.
