You will NOT get free websites without adverts.
You can get your own domain and server for less than 100$/€/£ per year. Stop hoping for freebees and go for it!
Advance tools? Forget them: they write a code you will never understand (and that is crap and unmaintainable).
Write using notepad...

phpNuke, vbulletin, wordpress, etc, etc
