through alot of trauma in your life. In what ways can you learn to be confident,assertive & sure of yourself,& be able to hold your own outside?..im 30 years old & im a very nervous, unconfident character right now

also if your coping with all this, what is the best way to deal with hooligan type characters outside that try to make you feel threatened and intimidated, by looks and glances and stares?

what is the best way to deal with that and hold your own without losing control of your anger & getting yourself in trouble?

please i would like specific,detailed answers to this question im asking.

because often with high anxiety & low confidence, & not being sure of yourself. you have that ' fight or flight' , full of panic feeling and it makes me feel inadequete and ridiculous, because my mind tells me i should confront & stand my ground with these thuggish type people & be confident,hold my own...but obviously that can land you in trouble..

so how do you deal with them?

Hi,
I had my period Seot 7th.. it lasted about 4 days and was very light.. then all of a sudden I started to spot 2 days ago. It was different though, light brown and very liquidy.. not clumpy. I didn't think anything of it. Now I'm bleeding HEAVY (soaking up super plus kotex in an hour) with dizziness, HUGE blood clots, backache, and bad cramps.. I want to go to the ER, should I?

I have a VIERA TH-42PX7A (Plasma 42inch) and I bought a Geforce 8800 Ultra, but when I connect my pc up to the TV it won’t go above 1024 @ 768 resolution! Why is this? It surly should be higher than that? It also doesnt look the best quality wise, I thought it would look nice!

I connected it via the AV cables (not s-video and not through the direct pc connector) is that the problem?

Would any1 know know how I can get rid of my tummy area flabs? I do 2-3 times a week 30-min treadmill and some weights and ab bench., but I don't think it's reducing any inch from my waist. PLs suggest. tnx
