Swimming nude at the Y?

Did men or boys actually swim nude at the YMCA? Were women there?

Yes, years and years ago (I think up until the 70s) it was common/expected behavior there.

The 'M' stands for Men, so there weren't women there (they had the YWCA), and they kept that policy until they went co-ed.

Nobody is allowed to swim nude at our YMCA unless it is after business hours.

back when the ymca was strictly men, it's possible but doubtful. if they did it they did it on the sly. the ymca was supposed to be a clean place for a young man to stay
