Would any1 know know how I can get rid of my tummy area flabs? I do 2-3 times a week 30-min treadmill and some weights and ab bench., but I don't think it's reducing any inch from my waist. PLs suggest. tnx

Watching portion sizes for what we eat can also be helpful but I would recommend talking to your doctor as well to see what they say.
