I bought a 1991 Volvo 740 Non-Turbo Sedan. And recently I have been noticing that the acceleration in horrible. It's a four cylinder by the way, but still. When I am at a light, and I push the gas ALL the way to the floor...is takes about 4 or 5 seconds to acutally accelerate. And when I was trying to check the carb, I saw that oil somehow had gotten in to there a long time ago, but I don't know. So what can I do about the acceleration and the cleaning of oil off of my carb?

the womens game is good....but the endless flopping and whining is unbelievable. if these athletes/actors spent more time actually playing and making an effort, maybe the sport would deserve some respect......oh, and if you think im bashing soccer because im American, dont bother. we have michael vick and barry bonds......i wont even try to defend those turds.

She is going to have about six or seven close friends over for the day, all girls and between ages 10 to 13. We are eating homemade tacos. I want to have an ice cream birthday and I'm planning on buying over 8 different flavors of ice cream, over 22 different toppings and candies to put in the ice cream and including brownies. I made out cute little menus for the ice cream where they can either customize their own or "order" a mixture that I created. I just need more ice cream ideas, what to do about the decorations and what to do for games and what movies to watch. Help!

For example, look back at their plan for school league tables, which was supposed to promote competition amongst schools, thus causing them to preform better. What has happened is that schools rated highly attract people into the area, making the property prices sky-rocket, thus forcing the poorer people into schools with a poorer level of education.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I thought the Labour party stood for a more equal Britian (Supposedly stemming form their socialist-ish roots). This was either a lie, or they have failed miserably.

Can anyone please explain this to me?

I am quite confused as to why my boyfriend would tell me numerous times of the dreams he has of me cheating on him. He has been doing this recently and it kind of is weird to me? On 03-01-07 I paid $700.00 first month rent and moved in. The water presure was low and the water was brown when I moved in. He said that it would clear up after I run it for awhile. It never cleared up. He never came to fix problem so on 04-01-07 I asked to be compensated because I had been washing dishes, and doing everything from my tub that required water. He gave me $200.00 off so for april I paid $500.00 and he said he would fix the problem. Plumber came out end of april and fixed the kitchen only. I asked for copensation . he said no compensation because the problem is fixed. I told him the problem is not fixed and showed him that I still have coffee coming out of the bathroom sink. I never paid rent again for the next 6 months he has not taken me to court yet. I want to go because he has not done anything in this apartment. Had place inspected by city who gave him 30 days to fix problem and list of other violations and he has not done anything. What to do?

I know that a lot of people ask here and then go to the web. But often I ask because I know something about the recipe I'm asking about and want personal, tried and true, family recipes. My mother gave me some that I use over and over again and when I go to the web and look, hers are usually a little better because she actually fed a lot of people with them so they modified Darwinistically into darn fine ones.

So, sometimes I'm only interested in responses dealing with personal recipes. I've tried asking before and am often given a web site without so much as a comment. How can I get around this and not be a bully boy?
