I have been having the worst sleep the past few nights. My mind is always racing before I go to bed and its very hard for me to turn off my brain. I will sleep for a couple hours then I will wake up and use the rest room.. Then I will lay in bed the remainder of the time I have to sleep kinda half awake-half sleeping ...

Melatonin doesn't work. Tea doesn't work. Warm Baths Warm Milk doesnt work...

What should I do?? I am so miserable I am at my witts end I had a very hard day at work getting ready for bed soon but already dreading I will have disrupted sleep.

I sleep with ear plugs in so noise is not a factor.
I dont drink caffiene.

This virus infects a user computer, and auto-send it to other computers through MSN messenger. I heard that there are a few kinds of similar trojan attack my friends' computer. The trojan which infects my computer save its file as .zip files in C:\WINDOWS Anyone can help??? Thanks!

If you know more about this virus, please tell me what does it do to my computer.

my problem is that i knew my husband had twins before we met, but he told me he didnt trust that lady he had the children with and even suspects those kids arent for him, he wanted to go for a DNA test but at that instant he wasnt financially sound, now we are married with the children staying with us, things are financially better now, its been five years now and the kids are 6 years. but surprisingly he doesnt want to do any DNA test any more cos he has developed so much love for the kids. He is afraid it wont be in his favour and might loose the children, he even said that even if he finds out they arent his kids he wont tell their mother and wiil keep the kids so there is no point for him to do the test. meanwhile i have two kids for him too.

There is nothing i can say for him to be convinced to do the test, do you think he is being fair to me and the children? cos i think the children need to know who their true father is. well, i have been very loving to the kids and they eve

when exactly should i ask for a proffessional diagnosis?
are these signs telling anything?
- unable to make eye contact
- cannot stay in one place for more than one minute
- cannot control temper or language
- speaks very loudly
- aggressive towards mates
- cant seem to enjoy a game even if he has asked eagerly for it, leaves what he's playing with to look for something else, comes back to the original thing also in no time
- bad memory for names
- high artistic skills
- extra weight

can this still be a normal "naughty" child?
if he has ADHD what shall i do other than fighting to put him in the naughty chair every time he breaks a rule " every five minutes or so"?
if there are other signs please let me know

Is it possible to remove part of a tattoo while still keeping another part intact?
I have a 4" tattoo on my arm and am in the process of making a few consultations to get the bottom portion of it removed (lower half was poorly done by a different artist than the top half) - will they be able to isolate a specific area to be removed without ruining the top?

Give me hints and ways to find out so that I know for sure, because a female called me and told me that she had phone sex with him 3 weeks ago. I want to end this once and for all. He denied it up and down, back and forth, although he looked very scared and guilty. lol! I was upset but now Im calming down. I cannot invest any of my emotion and time into a rat bastard who is going to be rubbing one out, everytime Im not there (we don't live together). i've done 2 pregency tests, both negetive, several weeks back, had a normal period on july 27 then on aug.20 i spoted a few days then again on sept. 21, did the same for a few days. so could i be pregnant? also, i've been having these feelings in my stomach, feels somthing like a small kick, not sure how to explain it any other way. so i'd like everyones opinion, i'm also starting to look pregnant, i feel pregnant, i already have 2 boys. i've been nauseaed for a few months now, throwin' up some, cant sleep, loss of appititue at times, having cravings in the middle of the night, to name a few systoms. can ya'all help me out here. and thanks in advance.
