Along a lot of the motorways and roads there are very large square things on wheels that are padlocked to the ground. They have a yellow surround. Are they speed checks or do they just tell us about 'what problems are ahead of us'.

Every time before we make love my boyfriend wants me to soak in an ice cold bath. Then while we do the deed he wants me to just lay motionless and not make a sound. I do it because I love him, it's never really that good anyways, and it's really better because I'm always sleepy when we do it because he always comes home late from his shift at the morgue.
I'm wondering if it's okay for me to indulge his desires and if anyone else has encountered the same problem?

I find it interesting that media people keep quoting poll numbers about Congress and no one mentions this.

People are frustrated with Congress because of their blatant disregard for their duty to hold the President accountable for his deception and not upholding the rule of law that is found in our country's constitution!!!

And the Republicans use the low ratings as a plus for their party!?

Doesn't anyone else see this?

There's a little bit of everything in Texas
Just look around and you will see
There's a little bit of everything in Texas
And a whole lot of Texas in me

There are forty seven states around it
And each of them have treaures of their own
And everything they boast of, I sure found it
But we've got them all right here at home

Now if you love old sunny California
Or perhaps the hills of Tennessee
No matter what you love just come to Texas
And I'll bet my boots you will agree
There's a little bit of everything in Texas
And really I'm not bragging you see
There's a little bit of everything in Texas
And a whole lot of Texas in me

If you love old sunny California
Or perhaps the hills of Tennessee
No matter what you love just come to Texas
And I'll bet my boots you will agree
There's a little bit of everything in Texas

I recieved this email from my Step Mom, do you think it will happen?

Red Fridays.
Very soon, you will see a great many people wearing Red every Friday. The reason? Americans who support our troops used to be called the "silent majority." We are no longer silent, and are voicing our love for God, country and home in record breaking numbers. We are not organized, boisterous or overbearing. Many Americans, like you, me and all our friends, simply want to recognize that the vast majority of America supports our troops. Our idea of showing solidarity and support for our troops with dignity and respect starts this Friday -- and continues each and every Friday until the troops all come home, sending a deafening message that .... every red-blooded American who supports our men and women afar, will wear something red. By word of mouth, press, TV -- let's make the United States on every Friday a sea of red much like a homecoming football game in the bleachers.

A sample of benzene was analyzed and found to consist of 1.43g of carbon and 0.119g of hydrogen. Given that the molar mass of benzene is 78.0g, determine both the empirical formula and the molecular formula for benzene.

Suppose you take a state machine(a machine who's output is dependant on its inputs and the internal state of the machine) and take the dimension of time and turn it into a 4th spacial dimension, would we then have a 4 dimensional combinational machine(a machine whos outputs are only dependant on its inputs)?

I saw the new "Bionic Woman" and thought it was pretty good with an excellent cast, and a big improvement over the campy original. It had sort of a dark "Blade Runner" kind of feel to me. I noticed the critics didn't like it though, but I'm not sure why. How did everyone else feel about it?

One day, Pinocchio and his girlfriend were in bed doing what girls
and wooden boys do.

As they were cuddling later, Pinocchio could tell that something
was bothering his girlfriend. So, he asked her, "What's the
matter, baby?"

Pinocchio's girlfriend gave a big sigh and replied, "You're
probably the best guy I've ever met, but every time we make love
you give me splinters."

This remark bothered Pinocchio a great deal, so the next day he
went to seek some advice form his creator, Gepetto. When
Pinocchio arrived, Gepetto could tell something was bothering
Pinocchio, and asked him what was the matter. Pinocchio revealed
his dilemma to Gepetto.

Gepetto searched up and down for a solution. Eventually, he
suggested that sandpaper might be able to "smooth" out Pinocchio's
relationship with his girlfriend. Pinocchio graciously thanked
Gepetto and went on his way.

Gepetto had not heard from Pinocchio for a while and therefore
assumed that the sandpaper had solved all of Pinocchio's problems.

A couple weeks later, Gepetto was in town to have some blades
sharpened at the hardware store when he ran into Pinocchio. When
he saw Pinocchio buying all the packs of sandpaper the store had
in stock, Gepetto remarked, "So, Pinocchio, things must be going
pretty damn good with the girls, eh?" and Pinocchio replied:

"Girls, who needs girls?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

I have mice in my house and I can't get rid of them. I put down poison, they ate some then stopped. I put out glue traps, they caught some, but the little buggers got off it somehow, they left some furr behind (I have only caught 1). I tryed the killer ones that snap their heads when they eat the PB, they eat ALL the PB without setting off the trap. These little things are sneaky. Anyone have any advise? We have a dog that loves to catch mise and other things, but he misses them cause they get behind something he cant get behind. and he would eat a cat, so thats not an option. HELP!

Who else found the film "Dogma" to be very close to their beliefs???
I loved that movie, it was hilarious, and I know it wasn't intended to effect anyone spirituality. But the whole time I have watched that movie, I was just amazed. Almost everything that was said in the film had to do with what I thought.

That NO religion has nailed it perfectly yet.
God is neither man nor woman. So you could say father, or mother if you wish.
Jesus was not white! Due to where he is from, he would have either been black, or extremly dark skinned.
Jesus was not a only child! He had brothers and sisters! There is tons of proof.
To believe that Mary was always a vrigin, her whole life, is stupid. "To believe that a married couple never got down with it, is just plain hypocrasy"

Call me stupid. But I like to throw logic in with faith.

Anyone agree/disagree???
