Who do I sue???

I need to sue both Citibank and Citimortgage they are memebers of Citigroup do I sue Citigroup as a whole, to avoid two seperate lawsuits? Or do I sue them as individual companies? The headquaters for Citigroup is located in NYC so it makes it easier for me to sue them there. Thanks..

Tell your story to a lawyer and he will determine who to sue and if a law suit is appropriate.
