My mother has extreme headaches. They just came on about 10 weeks ago. They're very severe, she gets dizzy, and sometimes her one eye feels strange.
She's had an MRI and there was a little "something" on, what I think the doctor called, the Pond's Lobe? She had a CT scan, which showed that the mark on the MRI was just a mistake from the machine. She went to an ear-nose-throat specialist, and he said there was nothing wrong with her.
They're so bad that sometimes she has to hold onto someone or something, or feels as if she's going to fall. Got an appointment with the neurologist, but she can't get in until November. I don't think she can wait that long...
Took some Imitrex tonight, and said it gave her pain in her ribcage/arms.
She's 45, if it makes any difference. Please help!
