For the longest time, my computer would not allow me to enter Setup or give me the option to go into Safe Mode. Through the advice of a co-worker, I unplugged the PC and popped out the CMOS battery and let everything reset. This brought back the ability to go into Setup, but still no Safe Mode. Does anyone have any ideas? I have a Dell Demension 4300, 512 MB Ram, Window XP HE.

i have heard from several people that mentioning the word WEDDING causes prices to skyrocket in catering, florists, reception halls etc...is that true? one of my college room mates just got enagaged and im helping her plan everything and im going to be the MOH and her mom said to tell all the vendors that we need everything for an anniversary party so we dont get screwed over for price....could that cause any issues if the vendors find out its not a anniversary party and that we lied just to keep the cost down...can we get in any legal trouble for that....please help...she doesnt want the prices to jump up just cuz its a wedding but i also dont want to lie to everyone and potentially cause more issues...and please no mean comments...i know it probably is a stupid question but i dont know anything about this..thanks

I was so stressed out today, had to go for a pre-employment check up at a last minute notice.

Slept at about 4am and a phone call came in at 10am asking me to go for an immediate check up without any prior notice (what the hell?!)... and I have not even taken my breakfast or medication at that time...

140/100 was the calculation... and my age is only 23!

The usual medication I am on was Atenolol 50mg (I was previously on 100mg and HCT), but as my pressure was down, my dosage went to 50mg.

Right now, I'm on 100mg and HCT once more... and I need to return for a re-check up next week.

Is there a way to bring it down to the lowest in just a matter of 6 days or so?

I'm planning to take lots of nap, some exercises and continue with my fruit & vegetable diet (minimal oil, fat and almost zero meat).

What do you think and what's your suggestion?

I'm feeling pretty down right now... its just 'unfair', somehow... but its life eh?

Obviously the kid was asking for it. But it should have never progressed that far. If he were asking Dick Cheney, Mitt Romney, or John McCain a tough question he'd have been allowed to finish his question. But no liberal college is about to give freedom of speech rights to a student asking a Democrat tough questions. No brainer.

The very minute I walked into the room, I knew it was going to be one of "those" classes. The prof. had the desks in a circle, and he talked about "sharing experiences" and "eye contact"...yes, one of those "fuzzy tree hugging classes". It is a master's level class - but I wanted something challenging and interesting. The prof. drones on and on, I don't think his notes are his own (he keeps on stumbling over his "own" words, and he can't explain many of the LCD slides). The first assignment is "My life story" (worth 20% of the course...yeah right!)

So, am I wasting my time? Should I give it a chance? I am really broke and had trouble getting the money together for this (almost $700). Today is the last day to drop the course and get my money back. What would you do?

I gave my husband a huge hunk of money to cash and he put it in his work account. Now, we have all these returned check fees. I am unable to clearly think. I am a stay at home mom, and I was really excited to make that kind of money. I trusted that it would be okay. Then, he lost a $285 check I made from daycare and didn't tell me about it until later. SO, I wrote a slew of bad checks because of both incidents.

When i was 15 years old my aunt came to our place for search of job at that time she was 21 and she came from village. As i was younger, we used to sleep in the same room. one day while i was sleeping she storked my penis thinking that iam asleep but i was awake and feeling very embarrsed so did not had the guts to open my eyes. After sometime of stroking by her i felt like heaven. From that time onwards we used to had sex at night time both used to act as we are asleep. when she used to do some thing with me i used to act sleeping when i used to something with her she used to act sleeping. but in the day time we used to behave like normal aunt and nephew, It continued for 2 years after that she got married and left this place and settled in another town. its 10 years now.Recently her husband posted near to my place. so frequently she visits my home and have good rappo with my folks. I feel very embarrsed when i speak to her now.
