around this time my intrest rate will jump up2% on an already high 8% of $160k loan.
I am the primary on the home loan but just recently had a baby and currently not working.
Barely a newlywed, Should i ask my husband to refinance the home and become primary? if so would i still be credited for being the secondary on the loan towards my credit score that im still trying to repair?
His credit Score is much higher than mine, so do he? automatically qualitify for a lower intrest rate?
Or should i wait to refi until i return back to work to continue to improve ?

well..not really global warming but still.

Alot of people are saying the world is runing out of water..
i dont really belive in that...considering 70 sumthing percent of the world is water.. dont give me a "salt water cant be drunk" thing..because you can make it drinkable.. but thats besides the point.

so if were really "runing out of water" i say we do nothing about this..i say we dont conserve water..because apparently the ice caps will melt and the earth will flood.

so if we waste water...theres really no problem..because we're going to get alot more of it when the ice caps melt.

so waste water...if we waste enough..mabey the ice caps melting will even it all out eh?

So, there is a chinese man who had just moved to the us to be with his family.he didn't speak any English, so his family got him a portable tv. he was downtown one day and was flipping through the channels. on one channel there was a woman singing "mi mi mi mi mi!" on the food channel, there was a lady saying " I eat my stak with a fork and knife of course!" on sprout a little girl said "she stole my lolly pop!" on nickelodeon spongebob said "bring it on tubby!" and on another channel a glade commercial it said "plug it in, plug it in." then a poice officer said to the man " we are looking for someone who murdered a woman. do you know who did it?" not knowing what he was doing becaus ehe couldn't understand him, simply coppied what the tv said. "mi mi mi mi mi!" the officer said "YOU DID!?! well then how did you kill her?" the man said "with a fork and a knife of course!" the officer said "why did you kill her?" still blissfully unaware of what he was saying

ok there is this guy that i dont really know if I like and he asked me out today through one of my friends. A lot of girls at my school like him so i dont want it to cause a lot of drama. After seeing videotapes of cops tasering people on the web, I am convinced that they should not be allowed to carry them, period. The risk for abuse is far too high and people with medical devices such as pacemakers could be at risk of having their devices broken. Also, everyone reacts differently to a taser much like antibiotics, so while one person may be okay afterward, a similar person could be killed by the same amplitude. In my opinion, a pig with a taser is a dangerous thing, as they are far too eager to use them and most cops are just sadists with a uniform. The lame excuse I keep hearing from cops or cop advocates is that they "need to protect themselves so they can get home to their families."

Well, that is just moronic, as anyone who is vitally concerned about coming home to their family should simply pick a safer profession! Remember, no one is FORCED to become a cop. There are far better jobs that pay much more. No, they CHOOSE to be cops because they like the power.
