I have two year old Labrador.
I want to install one of those doggy doors so that he can get to backyard whenever he wants to.
I also need to replace my door to backyard.
Are there any doors that come pre-build with doggy door?
Are there any high-tech doggy doors? - Like motion activated, or with chip etc? - Regular door lets everybody in...

They do make doors with a magnetic chip so only your dog(s) can use the door. The "Key" goes on their collar and when they walk up to the door, the lock on the door releases.

I have one installed in the sliding glass patio door. At our old house we had one in the laundry room (with steps) and a door through the garage that leads to the back yard. I love them-They only take a day of training your dog!

yes, home depo has a storm door with a dog door built into it.

i am sure there is you would have to special order this you can see go to home depot or lowes and ask something like that.
