Get an attorney and MAKE him pay child support. It is for the CHILD, not for your nails, hair, and cable bill. Buy some birth control, get an education once the child is in school and raise the baby. For crying out loud, keep your legs closed.

He can be forced to pay the child support he owes. Contact your local child support office and turn him in. They will make him pay up. As for him keeping the nice things at his place....try not to send the good stuff with her when she goes there.

Take him to the court. They will help you to make an agreement with him and get the child's support that he's supposed to pay according to the law.

u should file for child support, if hes working they will automatically garnish his check. he has no choice
