My pick is for Chicago, mainly because I'm not really a Cowboys fan. Who is your pick for week 3?

If it were Chicago in December, the weather would help the cold-weather Bears. But Chicago's offense is not clicking on all cylinders right now.

Chicago's defense held LT and LJ to 80 combined rushing yards. Dallas' offense is producing serious points. But the key is going to be Chicago's offense vs. Dallas' defense. Can Grossman stop turning the ball over & can Benson actually score? I'm not convinced they can (not yet, anyways.)

My gut tells me Dallas wins this in a squeaker.

Dallas

Because like stated before, the Cowboys have a great offense and an ok defense and getting better by the game. Chicago's Defense will be on the field for way too long, it will be tight in the first half, but the 2nd half will open up to romo. the cowboys have a good run D, and chicago is good for the run. which is trouble, and will make the bears need to pass. if thats the case INTs for dallas D all 2nd half!
the answer to hester is that Matt McBriar is a good punter and prolly has the strongest leg in the league, punt high and long, and hester wont make any returns...
cowboys 17, Chicago 3

Just because you don't like a team doesn't mean they'll lose.

Fact: Dallas' offense is very good
Fact: Chicago's offense is awful
Fact: Dallas' defense is probably enough to stop Grossman and company
Fact: Chicago will hinder Dallas' offense but probably not stop it like they do others'

It will be a very close game but Dallas has the offense and will move the ball better than Chicago, even with Chicago's defense. I hate Dallas just as much as the next person, but that wont stop them from beating the Bears on Sunday...or so I pick.

I live in Chicago, I'm married to a die hard Bears fan, and I will still tell you Cowboys will win. I've said before and I'll say it again- if "bad" Rex shows up, it's over. No matter how good a defense is, if they're on the field all the time, they're going to get tired. Bears Defense will be exhusted by the 2nd half. Look at last week- the Bears looked horrible against KC. They should have killed the Chiefs and they did not KILL anything (but their own defense!)

I pick Dallas and here is why. Chicago has one of the lowest ranked offenses in the league. Dallas' defense was suspect against New York, but they stepped it up a bit against Miami. I look for them to step it up further against Chicago.

Chicago's Pass defense is sitting at 13th in the league, which is on the top part of the middle of the pack.

Dallas wins through the air. I say Romo and Owens both have big games.

Cowboys

The Bears have very little offense (please review their first 2 games and one was against KC) which bodes well for Dallas' struggling defense. Dallas' offense can score in bunches and did so against a solid Miami defense. While I don't expect them to rip up Chicago's "D", I do expect them to be able to move the ball. Someone has to cover T.O. and Witten over the middle which should allow for Barber to pound the ball effectively. The Bears don't "stuff" the bigger backs like they do those quick backs. Dallas should score in the 20's and the Bears may struggle to score offensively. I think it may be 24-17 Dallas. KC should have put up 17 on them (excpet for a penalty) and the Bears scored 1 offensive TD against them. Keep Hester out of the game (don't kick him the ball) to avoid mometum shifts!

I'm not a Cowboys fan either, but at the same time I am realistic when it comes to picking the winners...I think the Cowboys will prevail here at Soldier Field....

so which you decide directly to be a 49er. ok. shop on with the occasion bill Walsh set at guidance camp. Be a scholar of the activity. The 49ers spent greater time in the classroom than they did on the sphere at camp. bill's factor replaced into, "permit's comprehend this factor." adult adult males are available in to the NFL with each and every of the particular strategies and stats in the international. yet they don't have it between the ears. the biggest leap a participant will ever face in his soccer occupation is going from college to the NFL. maximum adult adult males do no longer make the grade, no longer by using fact they'd't play, yet by using fact they do no longer comprehend what it mentally takes at that time and are purely overwhelmed. My suggestion is to coach smart, play smart and plan smart. Get your guidance regardless of what happens on the sphere.
