my laptop refuses to start at all. When the start button is clicked, it gives a black screen with white writing that says there has been an error starting up and gives 4 different options on how to start up. All three options end up displaying a bunch of code then freezes when clicked. The last option restarts the laptop then displays a blue screen that discribes the error, but this only appears for a few seconds so reading exactly what it says is impossible. Has anyone experienced this before? I would really appreciate any kind of help..

Hi. I want to make my page to play some music (if the user wants). I store some free-sharing music in my site's ftp, and I know that music playing can be made using tag. That will not be the problem I guess.. But there are some following things: I want to add to my database what files of audio are in my website, so I would be able to play them randomisly and depending on what style user likes. The problem is that: how can I make music allways going on (even if user is exploring my website and going from one page to another) - I do not want the music being interupted? Is there any sollution? Thank you. Please help me!

Hello my name is Keith i am new to yahoo's "answers" and i have a question, currently i weight 317 and i am looking into driving motorcycles. I have always been attracted to them. What do you think would be a great starter bike that could accommodate my weight, and still be a good ride.

I would like some advice please, I was walking with my family on a public footpath which runs adjacent to the local golf course, all of a sudden I get hit (very hard) on the back of the head with a ball. Cut a long story short there was lots of blood and I had to go to A&E to get my head glued. There is a fence between the path and course but obviously not high enough.
Where legally do I stand?
Trying to track the golfer down but he didn't know it was him (he may not of had insurance anyway), the club say it is not there responsibility, accident and claims people don't seem that interested as it must not be easy money for them??
I am detirmined to a) get the fence hightened b) compensation for nearly knocking a hole in my skull. (it could be a child next time).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
What gets me is that OK if i'm on the course what do you expect? but not in a public footpath.

I remember reading about a new technology that uses the energy imparted by pedestrians on a sidewalk to power the overhead lights. How much energy can really be harnessed from human activity? for example, Could one man turn a crank for a few hours to power a battery of somesort that can be used for practical power?

I have a 2004 Subaru Outback and I'm trying to decide what tires to get. The Bridgestones are stock, but Consumer Reports gave the Goodyears their highest rating. However, the test was from November 2005. The Bridgestones that are on there now are fairly loud on the highway, so I don't want a tire that's going to be any louder. Also, I live in Colorado so I do a fair amount of snow/ice driving in the winter; though not enough to warrant studded tires for the winter. Any opinions would be much appreciated, or suggestions for different tires.

We caught some weak kittens that were born under our deck and brought them inside. First we noticed one of them could not walk and was doing an army crawl type of thing. We gave a little milk and now it can walk but is unsteady. It now refuses to eat, and its eyes look unhealthy. What’s going on?
