I don't think it is quite possible.
Our heart has subconcious desires just the same as our minds do. Even if it were possible to have "all our hearts desire" I doubt we would be happy. There are so many rich people I have heard say that they have "everything they want" and look at them, they are still not satisfied!

If I had everything I wanted in possessions it does not bring happiness
If I had everything I desired in life without loving , I gain nothing
If my heart desires everything and I forsake what really matters, I do not prosper but lose everything in the end to the most important thing in life
You see I lose what is priceless my soul, my God and my love for you and others.
If you get everything your heart desires in life, you no longer need God nor anyone else and thus by having everything you are the biggest loser of all because you cant take it with you and means nothing to the priceless value of your very self.
