I really can not understand why the worry about sub-prime, if you dont pay the bank or morgage company resposses house and they can sell it again and get their money back. They never lose nothing, but, perhaps high interest that they charged in the first place. It is only a paper loss not a dollar loss. All this fuss about hedge funds losses is only wall street cronies crying cause they did not get their over priced home money and interest on time, it is the rich crying that they did not make as much money as they wanted. They still got material holdings in that they hold title to foreclosed houses. Too much about nothing, but, the rich trying to get richer as usual circumstances in a few controling the wealth and the middle and poor suffering from the rich greed and incompetance.

Help!!! My husband and I can not agree on one single baby name. I really like more unique names and he likes more plain names. Everytime we start talking about what we should name our baby we end fighting. Here are some of the names I like:
Girls:
Arianna
Kyla
Savannah
Jamilynn
Brianna
Madelynn

Boys:

Carson
Preston

My husband only likes names such as Mark, John, Amy, Jane

Have any of you ever made the tough decision to either have to place your parents in a nursing home or have decided to care for them in your home?

And I am referring to the point where you have to take care of their physical needs too. Diapers..baths..feeding..etc.

After taking care of my father at home for 3 years, I finally placed him in a nursing home and the guilt is killing me. He is 86, and although he has been there 2 years he still wants to come home. I only see him on Sundays, but I do bring him home for dinner, and he sometimes spends the night, but then I avoid him for the rest of the week because of the guilt.

But I still feel selfish. I know someday I will regret this. But I'm not happy with him at home, and I'm not happy with him in a nursing home. I feel so frustrated, but I can't see a good answer to this.

I live alone and have to work, so when the caregivers leave at the end of the day it would only be me.

I have temporary nervous system damage that has left me homebound. Recently, I noticed my very back of my last tooth on the right hand side has broken off a peice. It was cracked, now it has a hole in it. I think it might be black on the inside of the hole but I can't tell if it is or its just a shadow, the rest of the tooth isn't discolored. Anyhow, it doesn't really hurt. If I brush 3 times a day and rinse with salt water can I ward off infection until I am well enough to go to the dentist? Or does anyone know how to find a dentist who makes house calls in Rhode Island? Do cavities always get worse even if you take special care of them? I am already on a diet of pureed food because I have trouble swallowing btw. Thanks. Also do all teeth that rot get infected or can teeth just rot right out without an infection as long as you keep bacteria at bay? (mine isn't but just like to think of all worse case scenarios.)

This is long, and complicated. Please read, as I am looking for the best advice possible.

At the end of April, I received the official offer letter from a company, and I accepted it at beginning of June. I graduated from college, and officially started September 4th.

The biggest factor when making the decision was the location--the company is in a smaller town about 50 miles out of the city. I could've chosen to live in the suburbs a little closer to the town, however, the company's offer letter included a company car--which meant if I was willing to drive 45 minutes each way and pay for the gas (total 100 miles everyday), I would be able to live in the city and commute without adding miles to my personal car.

Maybe I'm just different, but I was never that worried about having a boyfriend at school. There were quite a few guys who liked me, and yes I kissed a few boys at parties, but I never got upset over them. I did very well at school and I also did lots of sport, drama and music. That was more important than a serious relationship and I don't regret a second of it. Now I'm 24 with a really good job, and very much into guys!!!!! Just wondering what other's thoughts were on this. It upsets me that kids are growing up too fast.

This is living in SPIRIT; but they then did not know the TRUTH of God the Father and God the Son as One TRUTH; even though they did (unknowningly then) live in, or certainly under, TRUTH.

i just cant stop, i have no more stress, pain or depression in my life... or so you could say, i no longer want to be gone from the world... my only friend from kindergarden cuts too, the rest of my "friends" do it too; only all them feel pain when they do it! i feel no pain before or after i do it, i just feel guilt when they see the scars because i tend to write words into myself. when i feel the guilt i just want to do it more, i cant tell my parents because both will knock the living sh*t out of me and i dont trust counslers because of previous problems which started the cutting in the first place,

She gave me pants telling me that " i wore them in highschool, 34in waist should fit "......she was 5'9 tehn and REALY thin, i'm 5'7, and chubby in the waist. Wehn i pointed that out, she said that since my arms and legs are thin(true that) it makes my waist look smaller.

I'm kinda insulted that she gave me pants that will fit BARLY and she said i'd probably need a belt.

Is this a hint that i should drop some weight or just her usualy obliviouls-ness?
