For thy breasts are like unto twin roes, that strive together in the rushes.
That's from "Song of Songs" y'know.
BTW, the Bible rarely offers answer to mundane everyday questions. I must do an online search for a good carne asada recipe; the owners manual of my cd player tells me what the error message says, and there's no scripture that says when to change my oil.
That's not saying there is no wisdom in the Bible, but must we exaggerate it beyond all reason? I don't think that it's wise to make claims that aren't literally true.

I do not have a favorite verse, but John 3:16 comes to mind.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

john 3:16 for god so loved the word that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. that reminds me of what god did for us on the cross so that we can someday go to heaven and be with him for all eternity

Actually, I'm a pagan now, but I find a lot of good stuff in that book on occasion
My favorite is and always has been
1st John 4:18
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love."
For me, it has a spiritual content (you shouldn't have to fear your God, if you love him and he loves you, then perfect love has no fear) and practical (in relationships, if you are afraid of your partner, if you have a reason to be afraid, they don't love you. Someone who loves you will never hurt you or torment you or make you afraid.)
