Made it to level 2 finally couldnt believe this would be possible with all that questions.

"LOS ALAMOS, N.M. — Three illegal immigrants who used fake documents to try to get badges that would let them work on a construction job at Los Alamos National Laboratory have been turned over to federal immigrant agents.

Security officers were suspicious of documents presented to the lab's badge office Wednesday by the three men from Mexico, and faxed the documents to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Albuquerque.

ICE officials confirmed that the documents presented by the men were false. Lab security officers contacted local police, who escorted the trio off lab property and held them for immigration authorities.

Police said it's a federal offense to falsify identity to federal agencies."

i am confused by the language in the tax code...does the vehicle have to weigh more or less than 6000 pounds? or does that only matter if it's an suv? does an suv have to weigh more than 6000 pounds but a sedan can weigh less? is there a minimum weight? i am not interested in alternative vehicle tax credits. what exactly do i need to know to minimize my out of pocket expense in purchasing a vehicle and claiming it as a section 179 deduction?

example: could i buy a bmw x5 and deduct its cost if it weighed less than 6000 or must it weigh more than 6000 pounds? could i buy a chevy camaro (obviously weighs less than 6000 pounds)?

also do i understand correctly that one has the option of depreciating the cost of the vehicle over the life of the vehicle or expensing the complete cost of the vehicle all at once? ...or both?

There is this frog and he goes to a bank. He goes up to a teller named Patricia Whack. She looks at him strangely.

Frog: Hello! My name is Kermit Jagger! My dad is Mick Jagger from the Rolling Stones! Can I have a loan for 20,000 dollars? My dad is on vacation. But the bank manager said it was okay.

Patricia is naturally very confused. However then the frog pulls out a little pink glass elephant and gives it to her.

Frog: Here, give this to the bank manager, this is proof that I can borrow it.

So, Patricia goes into the managers office. She gives him the elephant.

Patricia: There is a frog out there who says he wants to borrow $20,000 dollars. He says his dad is Mick Jagger and this elephant should be proof he can get it. Any clue what this elephant is or means?

The manager looks at it and sighs.

Manager: It's a knick knack Patty Whack, give the frog a loan. His old man's a Rolling Stone.

I'm 39 at the moment. I can honestly say that I haven't felt my age yet. I feel nearly as fit and actually stronger than when I was 20. My posture is bolt upright and I have a very good state of health. It seems at the moment that there will be no end to it!

I figure one way not to be crushed by love is to not fall in love and that can be accomplished by being alone, but being alone is also undesirable. I just want to know is it ok to have a few female friends that u can consider potential girl friends if you are talking to one and she just drops you like its nothing.
