I have a blown fuse or do i have a lightbulb that is out? I have no owners manual for the car.

It could be either, but you'll need that owners manual to determine which fuse to replace or how to replace the bulb.

it could be either.... It could be the bulb or it could be the fuse or it could also be that the electrical system was messed with. My car had the same problem right after i got it out of a body shop. I left it there to get the car fixed.
So check the bulbs...take the bulbs from the side that are working and put it on the other side and see if its working. if it is..then its ur bulb and go get another one for the other side.

Check your fuses, it sounds like it is a bad connection somewheres.....

Better check both i think it is only the bulb
