The vagina is self-cleaning. The discharge you have is normal. It is the same discharge you will get when sexually aroused also. You can buy and wear pantyliners.
Different Types of Discharge:
White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.
Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.
Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.
Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.
Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.
Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come. If you have spotting at the time of your normal period rather than your usual amount of flow, and you have had sex without using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test.

Don't worry about your discharge. EVERY women gets discharge daily throughout the month when they aren't on their period. This discharge is made by your vagina to self-clean itself and rid itself of any bacteria in your body. When you use brand-name tampons, they soak up this natural moisture that is vital to your vagina. Try switching to a menstrual cup to be more healthy down there. (It's also environmentally friendly and they offer MORE protection.. even better than tampons!) You also may feel comfortable wearing a pantiliner daily to feel fresh but discharge usually doesn't soak through to your pants so it's not a big deal if you don't wear one. You're completely normal! Best of luck!

The sticky white discharge is just your vagina cleaning itself out. Wear a pantiliner if you want to. The lubrication you experience when you have sex is clear and watery.

It's not a sexual product, it's just a discharge. There's nothingto worry about as long as you aren't experiencing any itching or burning, especially while you're urinating. It happens, all women experience it and it's not a big deal, or dirty or anything.

That is NORMAL discharge. It has nothing to do with sex. Discharge keeps your vagina healthy.

Have you had your yearly visits to the gyno? You could possibly have a yeast infection.
I would make an appointment asap.
