im 20 ,I have a 23% apr (i know im going to get rid of it)credit building card ive had for a year now already. i have a student zero % apr card and jewelry card i dont use. my car is a 04 blazer and is financed through americredit at 11.40 % apr at 72 months ive had 6 payments with a cosigner my current credit score is 696 and its been the same for sometime now and wont change i want to refinance to get a lower rate and get my cosigner off but keep getting rejected by both of the banks i bank with national city and us bank what should i do.

My unborn childs dad dosen't want to get married untill the baby is born.. should this bother me?
Because it does. We are young and he wants a paternaty test before we get married and thats not what bothers me...
What I don't like is that when our baby is born I will give he/she his last name because I there know there is no possability of there being another father, and I refuse to carry on my last name!

Now what really bothers me it is that if he desides he dosen't want to get married to me... me and my baby will have different last names.
Should this bother me like it does... Is it more common than I'm makeing it seem?

My novel is about a dragon and his rider, who live on a mountain. They do not know that inside the mountain lives a beast, the beast who had created their land. And lately, they had been hearing these strange shrieks from somewhere. They find out that it is one of the four elemental creatures, the creature of air: It is trying to wake up the beast inside the mountain, for it is displeased with the beast's creation. The creature of air is also trying to wake the other three elemental creatures, so their shrieks will be so powerful that the entire human population will become deaf or even die from the force of the noise. The rider is set out to destroy all four creatures so the beast that had created the land would not destroy their world or wake up.
Well, I wrote the summary as part of the book, but what do you think? I'm very determined with this book, and I want to send it to a publisher. What publisher should I send it to, and before that, what should I do after I finish my novel?

I went to college for one semester and did very poorly. I passed one class and gained 4 credits. In high school I was a fairly decent student that took AP classes and participated in lots of activities/honor programs. I did poorly in college due to depression problems that I won't get into right now.
I was wondering if it was allowed to reapply to colleges using only my high school transcript if I was willing to lose the 4 credits I gained while attending the first time. Some of the colleges I looked into said that they only consider you a transfer student if you gained atleast 12 credits (and I only have 4). If not I'll have to go to community college before I can transfer (due to my now low GPA) to a better college which would take more time for me to graduate and due to limited financial aid available at community college would actually cost more. Beyond that our local community colleges are very poor with bad professors and boring courses so I would rather not go back there.
