im 20 ,I have a 23% apr (i know im going to get rid of it)credit building card ive had for a year now already. i have a student zero % apr card and jewelry card i dont use. my car is a 04 blazer and is financed through americredit at 11.40 % apr at 72 months ive had 6 payments with a cosigner my current credit score is 696 and its been the same for sometime now and wont change i want to refinance to get a lower rate and get my cosigner off but keep getting rejected by both of the banks i bank with national city and us bank what should i do.

Difficult to be sure but based on what you outlined I would guess your refi problem is from one of two things. 1) Just not enough history on your trade lines or 2) Not enough active trades. Many creditors require 3 or 4 trades that have been active 1 or more years with one trade greater than $1K or more. You simply may only need time as it's not your credit score that is the problem. Be sure you have at least 3 active trades that you make timely payments on and time will probably solve your problem. Good luck.
