basically the only thing that will happen is you will wear out your tires a lot faster as they won't wear evenly.

If your tires are out of alignment, that means that all 4 of them are not pointed in the same direction. That leads to 1 or more of them not rolling along with the least resistance. So, you get:
1. Less than optimal gas mileage (OUCH with gas at it's current prices)
2. Higher (faster) tire wear. Which can lead to a blow out.
My son was driving his Alero with poor alignment and scrubbed 2 of the tire's tread down so badly that you could see the cords in 2 spots. While the rest of the tread looked like it still had several thousand miles left to go. Good thing I spotted it before he had a blowout. If you can afford to get it aligned, do it. The sooner the better.

Aligning a front end keeps the car going straight--no pull to either the left or the right. That pull will wear the tires down quickly and strain some front rods. In a panic stop you can lose control and slam another car or a curb or a tree or a bridge abuttment or a kid or a house or a big rig or anything on your left or right sides--spend a few bucks and save your life and others too. Front ends do wear out--pot holes can ruin alignments and parts---got to maintain your car

Basically your tires will wear unevenly. Either on the Inside for neg camber. Outside for me positive camber. Caster is a non tire wearing angle. And if your toe is out then they can wear all kinds of bad. Usually a feathered look to the tires. Your car may be 4 wheel alignable or maybe not. According to what kind of car/truck.

Mainly uneven tire wear. But also depending on model of vehicle you can have excessive wear on your tie rod ends--ball joints--struts, and this is after several of miles when the suspension parts stated above wear totally out--You get alot of play in the steering wheel

The tires will wear faster, and will wear uneven. There will be more stress on steering components and the front susupension. good luck.
