I just put my cat to sleep on Thursday and I have been having horrible nightmares that we buried her alive, and this may sound silly but I need to know that the vet makes absolutley sure that she was dead (he put her straight into the box and I was not in the room when it happened) . Also I dont know what she was sick from if anyone could tell me I would be grateful. Her symptoms included trouble breathing, sudden urination everywhere, loss of appetite, she became lethargic, she had what I can only describe as gunk in her eyes I assume that this was from crying, and she stopped grooming herself, and she layed completly stretched out she never curled up anymore. Even through all this she was still very loving and purred right up to the end.

When answering please dont joke I just lost her, and I had fluffy for 14 years.

No. People please stop saying that Jesus was killed. The Bible speak that no man was able to take His life, He gave it willingly. His sole purpose on this earth was to redeem man back to the Father and when we say that He was killed, rather we mean it or not, we are sinning, that is a lie. PLEASE DON'T SAY HE WAS KILLED!

There's a new trend now it seems: new generation of asian americans especially teenagers and young adults who hate their own race and people of same skin color. some would say that racial discrimination against own race is not racism. But I strongly believe it is racism. In order to deal or interact with them, I think it's better to understand where they are coming from. I have speculations of my own as to why some (or even an increasing number of) asians hate asians. ex. these asians have been institutionalized to see from the white's or the dominant culture's point of view. ie. they see themselves through white eyes, influenced by white (even subconsciously) racist peers or the environment. So in time, they too become racists and hate their own race. Or they've been made fun of racially for too long that they want to feel what's it like on the other end of discrimination. Maybe due to their insecurities.
Should I ignore or lecture them. But I don't want to sound didactic like I'm now

We are getting a 3rd roommate and she wants us to pay extra security deposit for the extra person. Is this legal? There is nothing in the lease that stipulates this and I'm getting a lot of info that it's not legal to ask for more. The roommate will be signing the same lease as we did, but can the landlord alter the lease somehow to require the extra deposit?

so my mom decided to go to the animal shelter and get the oldest cat there so it could have a better life. we had 4 other cats at the time. we were keeping Gracie in my older sister's room until she was settled in. the dog was not being that mean but the other cats were. we have had the cat for maybe 2-3 months now and she still has to stay in my sisters room. she can only be around Chloe. Chloe is old and does not try to hurt anyone. chase can come in but he does not attack her he just comes up to her and she gets mad. we take very good care of our pets and we did not see this coming. i really want Gracie to be happy. how can we handle this? i feel terrible. any advice would be wonderful.

Im freshmen and i been going to the same school for about..3 years or so and im still not use to being in this type of envierment!!! theres all "white" people there dont get me wrong i dont have a prolbem with them but... they look judge me cuz the color of my skind and how i dress and how i speack den theres a BIG issue there i barly have any friend in that school most of my best friends go to a diffrent school

I feel so alone everyday! and i dont know if i should just stay in that school or transfer...i really want to tranfer soo bad!! Ill even take the bus if i have to!!!
but my parents keep telling to stay but i dont whant to and i dont know how 2 change there minds

My boyfriend and I bought a ouija board at a garage sale, knowing all the bad stuff people has said about it. When we brought it home and started using it the spirit said it was his mother Mary, she passed away a couple years ago. I know for a fact he wasnt moving it because he would take his fingers off and it would still move for a second or two. What does this mean and what can happen?
Also, to find out who the spirit was we started off by asking if it knows either of us. It said yes we asked it to spell out their name and it did so. My boyfriend got freaked and asked it it was his mother and of course it said yes. The scary thing was i wanted to see if my boyfriend was just messing around so I said, "please answer the question in my mind." I was thinking "please spell your name". And within seconds she spelled her name again!

A large group of citizens of our country (in the thousands) were not allowed to elect senators,congressmen or the president for many years. However, all through those years they had to pay taxes in full. Eventually, they took this injustice to court, claiming that the ¨raison d'être¨of our revolution, which resulted in the birth of our nation, was the precept Taxation only w/Representation. The court ruled that this only applied to PREconstitutional times and therefore was invalid and unconstitutional. Bizarre,what?
I guess life in these United States is always going to surprise you!
(BTW,not one of these thousands of unrepresented but taxed citizens of the U.S. was a felon deprived of his rights as a punitive measure)
