Jesus DID die and on the third day, he rose from the grave! Praise the LORD he is alive and enthroned in glory at the right hand of his Father in heaven! God bless.

You are right. Jesus was not killed and nowhere in the Bible does it say that. It says that He was crucified on the Cross. This was Jesus's whole point of existence that He may die for our sins so we could have a chance of eternity with Him in Heaven. It was His fate and He accepted the fact that He was the Redeemer and our only way to Heaven. Which is through Jesus Christ.
The only Way to the Father is through the Son (John 14:6). However, Jesus says not everyone that says “Lord” will enter heaven unless they do the will of the Father. What is the will of the Father? People must enter into heaven His way. Hebrews 10:9-10 says that God's will was that through Jesus' death we may be sanctified. II Peter 3:9 says that God's will is that all should come to repentance. Therefore, the will of the Father is that people will come to Him through Jesus Christ alone. It is amazing how, as distinct Persons, both the Father and the Son are needed for salvation, yet ultimately He is one God. One cannot have the Son without the Father or vice versa (I John 2:23; 5:12,20; II John 1:9).

Let's see if I can cover all the answers given.
Jesus was flogged (this means to be beaten with a whip similar to a cat-o-nine-tails, with pieces of bone woven into the tails to give them a good grip on the flesh so that chunks would be ripped out, sometimes exposing the inner organs. The normal number of strokes was 39), He was then given the cross-piece to the crucifix to carry (probably 3"X6"x6' - in other words heavy) all the way to Golgotha, then he had nails (square in cross-section, probably similar to a bridge spike) nailed into His wrists, going between the two bones in the lower arm so it would support the weight (that part of the arm was considered part of the hand by the Jews) and pressing on or going through the nerve that runs down into the hands (I think it's called the ulnar), then his feet were crossed one over the other and another spike was driven through them. Now that He was securely fastened to the cross, it was raised into the upright position and he was allowed to hang there for six hours. When a person is hung like that it puts a lot of strain on the arms, shoulders, and the lungs are compressed. In order to draw in a breath, the person would have to raise himself up by pushing down with his feet which were nailed to the cross. This leads to an accumulation of fluids in the chest cavity, and a thickening of the blood. When the centurion thought He was dead he ran a spear through His side, puncturing the heart and lungs, and blood and water came out. The blood and water is indicative of someone who died from congestive heart failure (it is the fluid that gathers in the chest cavity). The centurion in charge made sure that Jesus was dead by running the spear through Him, because if He had not been dead, then the centurion would have had the pleasure of taking His place on the cross. I think that would be incentive enough for me. Is there any question now as to whether He was dead or not? As for His resurrection, that's another story.

But he WAS killed. What I would say is that He wasn't surprised by it, and he called it before hand. I think that people really need to define where the issue is.
We are not looking to blame anyone for his death, it was supposed to happen and Peter, who was ready to fight about it was rebuked with good reason. But the issue isn't that he was killed ( as crucifixions tend to do that to people after deliberately being hung on the cross ) , but we KNOW that he was supposed to be killed, die, whatever you want to call it, with no good reason as he was guilty of nothing, hence the prophecies concerning this:
Psalm 116
3 The cords of death entangled me,
the anguish of the grave came upon me;
I was overcome by trouble and sorrow.
4 Then I called on the name of the LORD :
"O LORD, save me!"
5 The LORD is gracious and righteous;
our God is full of compassion.
6 The LORD protects the simplehearted;
when I was in great need, he saved me.
This is from one of the Psalms that were recited during the crucifixion as the lambs were being put to death at the Passover. Jesus was on the cross during that time, an ingenious plan of God, a lesson in the synchronicity of the timing of God.

Christ sacrificed his human body so that our sins would be cleansed away,and we had a path to heaven through his blood.We would ,mankind,have perished if he did not ask God to forgive us because we didn't realize what we had done.I am sure God would have trashed the earth and all upon it that very day.

You people really have to stp using that jesus name so much. Its wrong and quite dissapointing to hear so many people refer to yashua immanuel as jesus. The texts clearly say his true name and not the middle ages made up name.Read your books but broaden the scope. Bless you all in yahwehs name

157-That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah"; but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not.
158-Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.
Above text is from the holy quran
Jews were trying to kill him, Allah raised him up unto Himself, they crucified someone else whom Allah has make him to resemble Jesus, they thought that he was jesus.
After this event the jews slanted the holy bible to stray people by telling them that he crucified himself for the sake of forgiveness for everyone.
We have a great number of strayed people now.(Christians)
