Loosing water weight just depletes your body from fluids which is temporary. BUT, it would be like walking, & walking is a GREAT form of excersize! It's great for your heart, helps strenghten your legs, & YES, it does help you burn calories. Any excersize is good period. My sister walks every dayof her life & she has become thin. So, I don't care what anyone says, yes, it w/help you loose weight. She went from a size 14 to an 8 & all she added to her daily routine is walking. Who can argue w/that?! Get it out & use it. See if it doesn't help you too. I KNOW it WILL.. Just give it a chance to start working. Nothing happens over nite w/diets & excersizing, we all know that, but give it a fair try. You have nothing to loose but weight!!! Good luck to you...

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

No...it makes you dehydrated faster.

Once you drink water again (which you should), the water weight will come back.

BUT, the fact that you are on the treadmill shows that you are active, and are raising your metabolism, and that will not only make you lose weight, but will keep you burning calories even when you are asleep, or sitting.

Make sure you drink plenty of water.

Nope. Even if you sweat enough, it's all just water weight and it'll be back. I've heard that you actually burn more calories working out in the cold because it takles more energy to warm yoruself.

sweating is not a direct indicator of an elevated metabolic rate. factors such as genetics, relative humidity, ambient temperature, etc. will all play a part in how much a person sweats or doesn't sweat.
