Is there really much of a difference? I always go running and jogging with my brother. My best friend says that jogging makes you lose muscles before the fat but running burns the fat only... Is that all true? I wanna know because I'm just afraid my friend is giving me the wrong information because he is trying to act smart or hes trying to sabotage me and my bro. The reason why I think hes trying to sabotage us is because his father always yells at him and calls him a fat bear and tells him that he should be like my brother and I. So yeah can you guys give me all the info you know and tell me whats the difference really?

Say I want to loan a property owner $1,000.00 to have some work done on her house by a third party contractor. What is the best way to record this note and protect my loan to her? Am I able to file a lien on the property without being a liscensed contractor? Would it be easier just to record a 2nd mortgage on the property?

I'm not sure about hoping she pays and suing her if she doesn't, it seems very hard to collect judgements through the court. I would much rather just file a lien or a mortgage, any advice.

I remember how that skank Nancy said they were guilty from the beggining, and if my memory is correct, she has not apologized to them. It would not surprised me at all. This is what you get when CNN hires this crazy woman and the racist Glenn Beck.

I want to buy a USB camcorder to transfer video onto my PC, because my PC has no Firewire ports.

Ineed to find out whether my PC has USB 1.1 or 2.1 ports, because I've read that 1.1 ports are useless to transfer video (I mean real video, not image stills), but USB 2.1 may work out fine. I need to be able to transfer from camcorder to PC to further upload to Youtube, but I want to avoid having to spend money buying a new PC which includes Firewire ports.

BTW, I checked my PC's BIOS (system setup screen) and there's no info about what version my USB ports are. Same with control panel/system/device manager/Universal Serial Bus Controllers/properties. No info in there either. I use Windows 2000 professional.

And of course, I couldn't tell, by looking at either my PC's USB ports or the USB cables I use for my cable modem and my laser printer, which kind of USB interface my PC has, because I'm not very computer-savvy, hardware-wise.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

My mall is where Kelsey Smith got kidnapped. Before the whole thing happened I could go to the mall with my friends, no parents. Then it happened. After they found out she was killed I could never go to the mall alone again unless a parent came. Yesterday my friend called me and asked if I could go to the mall with a few other people, including a 15 year old. I said maybe. Then I asked my mom and she said she would have to come with us (yea right...). Why doesnt she trust me?! Its not like someone will come and get me. I am safe. I have a cell phone. What is the big deal?! Please help. What should I say to her to make me go.......help me!!!
