To be a leader you must be yourself and try to find good friends and make more so that you can lead people without having to follow someone else.

Organize. Deputize. Supervise. Take care of your people and your people will take care of you. Always remember that the greatest leader is the one who, when the task is done, he people say we did it ourselves.
