I have been subpoena'd to a deposition involving an accident I witnessed over two years ago. I am not directly involved in this suit and can't afford to loose work over this. Is there anyway to claim "hardship" or other avenue to rid myself of this issue?

I really am somewhat committed to this idea of opening a microbrewery/restaurant. What do i have to do to learn about brewing beer. Is there an age you have to be to brew beer? What types of licenses would I need? How much money would it cost to start up. How would I go about starting up such a business. I'm only 17 but am dedicated to this idea. Any input would be great. Recently a trio of these wig wearing nits pretended that they had decided not to deport the Italian murder of the headmaster Stephen Lawrence. They were covering up for the government by trying to conceal that a recent EU Directive stated that foreign nationals committing a serious criminal offence was no longer sufficient reason for deporting them.

A Polish rapist will also escape deportation thanks to the unelected crooks of the EU.

Surely the sole purpose of law is to protect the innocent?

They used to burn witches at the stake, perhaps we should resurrect the process but burn the bent lawyers, judges and politicians instead?

i have recently be having lodes of doctor appiontments about my a.ss. every time i go he puts a blind fold on me and strips me nakid. next he stuvs like a big stick in my anus and pulls it out the puts it back in. some speicil liquid comes out and he gives me another appiontment 2 days later. what should i do?

and bawled her eyes out for a good half hour. I tried to explain the so called "cycle of life" but I felt real sad for her. How did you handle it, it being the first time your child saw a dead animal up close?
She was real upset because the squirrel's eyes had been eaten, and she said "I could see right through his head." Also, she said she wanted to take it home.
For those of you who know me here, you may think this is some kind of joke, but it's really not, it's a pretty serious question because I don't want things like this to cut our park time short.

I know that the number being divided would have to be even and that it would also have to therefore end in a zero to fascillitate the five.

I effin hate Naruto, Bleach, InuYasha,---you know, those mainstream-animes. So don't mention them or I'll explode, and that's not healthy for you. D:<

Yeah. I checked out tons of those other questions, but they're usually from fans of Naruto/mainstream stuff and don't dig deeper into the better animes.

Please. I don't want an anime with sucky script/writing/thingy. Like, like---"How did you do that!?" "Impossible!" or someone dying makes a huge speech but never finishes the last sentence--etc., etc.,-----ghey stuff = exploding.

I like physiological. Like Death Note, Higurashi, etc. I luff comedy. :D Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Muteki Kanban Musume, Lucky Star etc. A little dose of mecha is alright, animes all about action sucks, hentai && ecchi makes me poke my eyeballs out, and so on.

I'd prefer an anime that's on-going, and/or a rare anime.

I recently have begun feeling very depressed about something I heard about myself a few years ago. Here’s my story: About 4 years ago when I was 11, I’m 15 now. My Mom had brought a few of her lady friends over to our house to drink tea and talk about books, movies, and other stuff like she normally did. She would do this annually, but when I went up stairs into the kitchen for a snack I could over hear them all talking and laughing in the living room. I normally wouldn’t listen to what they were chatting about but I heard one of my moms friends saying about when she got married and had her first daughter, she said “I was on Birth Control for a while and I never remember missing a pill and found out I was a few weeks pregnant” Something like that, but then my mom replied to that and said that both me and my little brother were born even though my husband used a condom both times. I knew what sex and condoms were back when I was 11, but honestly I really didn’t think about it and so it didn’t seem to bother me that much. But recently for the past few months I have been coming here and reading what seems like dozens of stories about births happening due to Condom and Birth control failure. I can’t get over this depressing feeling of unwantedness, the fact that my parents never intended on having me and even took precautions to prevent me from being born. I never told this to my little brother and I’m glad I didn’t because I wouldn’t want him to feel the lack of self-esteem I feel. I know that my life isn’t worth any less then anyone else but I still feel this depression that I just can’t seem to get over. Any Advice or suggestions on how I can forget and move on would be greatly appreciated or if anyone else would like to share their own similar stories that would be great. One thing I want to say is that when I get married and have kids I don’t want any of them to be “accidentally” born because some piece of latex failed.
