I usually watch my little sister until someone gets home from work when both parents are working. My stepdad is my little brother's football coach, so some nights I have to watch my sister during football season. This isn't the problem, because I know it helps my parents out a lot. Seeing as my mom is pretty much a stay at home one, I feel like my sister is her responsibility while she's home. She likes to leave my sister with me constantly to go do errands or whatever, which started to get really old. I don't want to feel like a 19 year old parent. She's not my kid, even though I love her to death. The other day my mom asked me to watch my sister while she went to do something and I told her it was starting to get old. She went off on me saying she would never help me with anything anymore including cosigning a loan I need for school. A couple days have passed and we still aren't speaking. I don't want to confront her and apologize because I'm not sorry at all. What should I do?

Yesterday this Senator Craig story just blew up like a stick of dynomite. I honestly thought he was arrested for his alligations Tuesday night considering how it has been covered in the news.

But just now I read that this happened in JUNE, and he already went to court and plead guilty in early AUGUST.

So what happened Wednesday that caused this story to explode like it did? And why was there no major coverage on this back in June?

Well its that time of year again, Science fair and I really need some help. I want to something a little more advanced so i was thinkin an easy alternate fuel project i dont need help in how to do the project i just need some ideas i mean ill do any subject but I sorta want to do something with alternate fuel i think that it would be interesting. 1.2 The digital video signal is then MPEG encoded. You are told that the group of pictures (GOP) span N=12 and the prediction span M=4. With this information, use a diagram to show the frame sequence. Describe the frame types that are found in MPEG encoding.


1.3 Taking this into account, how many GOPs are streamed on average in 1 second?

The production team has given you the following table stating the average compression for each frame:

I-frame 10:1
P-frame 20:1
B-frame 60:1


1.4 Using this information, what is the size of a GOP (in bits)?


1.5 Knowing the size of the GOP, calculate the bit rate that will be generated by the encoder.

I have MANY great, marketable, and potentially lucrative ideas for inventions and improvements on existing products, but I do not have the financial resources to pay one of those invention assistance Companies $2,000 for a presentation of my product, and then $10,000 for a prototype of my product. I recently had to have emergency exploratory surgery following a tubal ligation gone bad. My mother-in-law brought my very young children into my ICU room while I was still intubated! I'm furious that she thought it was appropriate for them to see me like that. During my hospital stay, on two separate occasions, she said to me, "I knew B.K. should have been the one to get snipped. It would have been an outpatient procedure and none of this would have happened." She also mentioned this again three days after I was discharged from the hospital. I recently found out that she said the exact same thing to my mother the day it all happened! I was literally moments away from death and she thinks its cute or funny to say things like that? I just don't get it. I'm terribly upset about the whole situation. Am I over-reacting? Should I say something to her? If so, what to say and how to approach her in the first place? I fear that its too late to say anything, but I am truly upset.
