how to get rid of chest cramp?

i have a cramp it seem like its just under my heart in my chest
it limits my ability to play baseball, hockey, and other sports i am involved in. How can i get rid of it! and stop it from happening again?

Could be related to something like bronchitis but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to have this evaluated further by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

Hey I go through the same thing and i figured out how it can go away. try putting your hands on top of your head and lean your body to the right side. hold it there while breathing slowly.
