typically the noise is a tire noise from a cupped tire rather than a wheel bearing. If you rotate the tires the noise may go away because the weight of the front of the car will change the dynamic of the tire that, when it is on the back of the car is basically along for the ride.

the 2006 honda has a factory warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles. if its under 36,000 miles take it to the dealer and have them determine if it is a wheel bearing. if its out of warranty, rotate the tires and drive it to see if the noise changes. if it doesn't then it will probably be the bearing but that quite honestly would surprise me. Bearing failures of the sealed bearings that are used on todays cars are very few and far between.
