are they any requirements?
im taking theatre in my high school and planning on taking it through college, thats the only acting background i have. how would i go about looking for an acting carreer like a movie or theatres.

We all hear about drinking pleanty, eating healthy and being active.
What would it be for you ladies? Would it be always wearing that lip gloss, being imaginative with hair/hair accessories or perhaps keeping up with the eye makeup?

my husband has a best friend. his friend, is somewhat of a "bad kid". he cheats on his wife, does drugs, drinks, hits his wife, mentally abuses her, and dosent work. he also has a daughter on the way, and says he's leaving once the baby gets here. he says he acts the way he does, because he is a man, and will not let his wife walk all over him. the problem is, my husband is nothing like his friend, untill they start hanging around each other alot. yesterday, they were all here watching movies, and i asked my husband to turn down the volume, and he stood up and pointed his finger in my face and said he wasnt putting up with my sh%t anymore. he never acts like this unless he's around his friend. like hes trying to be a hardass around his friend or something. i've tried getting him to stop hanging around his friend, but he wont listen, and usually end up going out and spending the night at his friends house. what do i do?

I do marinate my steak before cooking and I prefer it well done. But it seems that every single time I cook a steak or any kind of meat, it chars a bit. I know it is supposed to brown and get dark. I am not too sure if I have it too high of heat. I spray the pan before cooking, but it does not seem to help. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated, thank you!

I have a 2700 square-foot house in Southern California, and I am replacing the builder supplied AC and furnace units. The top brands Lennox and Trane are beyond my budget, so the contractor is recommending Goodman, which is one of the largest manufacturers of this equipment. Consumer Digest rates them a best buy for the "budget minded" consumer. Could someone knowledgeable on this subject comment on the quality of Goodman.

Just met this dude in the materinty ward no less. My sis tells me in code that this dude is a real dirt bag. My neice is only 17 and nine months pregers. I go to introduce myself and he gives me the matcho hand shake with the kung fu grip. I look him dead in the eyes and return his challenge with a stout grip of my own, and ask him. "What's this?" to which he says "Just a hand shake." I then tell him I'm her Uncle and love her very much so be sure and understand that her welfare is my first concern. I get the feeling he's the type that might slap her around a bit to which I feel powerless to do anything about without first being called on to act. I'm 53 now & he's maybe 20 or 21. There is no doubt in my mind I could educate this young man and I'm talking old school as is my rule. This kid thinks this old biker isn't much of a challenge but if I find out he's smacked my little girl around....well like I said I'd like to hear what y'all think. What should I do? Serious now.

In the past couple of years, Ive had a lot of interest in the possible flip of a home. I would like to know what your experiences/outcomes have been like during and after a flip. Where would I find homes that are not on MLS listings or are WAY below market pricing? Any help on this would be great, so long as you have actually done it before, not just watched "Flip this House" =P What were the pros and the cons in the whole thing? Did you do another? How was the outcome/profit? How do you know what locations are hot/desired? How do you know what the market is like? I know I am asking a lot, but I really dont know who to talk to for any answers. He would have to create non-perfection, as perfection has already been created in Himself (creating perfection wouldn't be a challenge, He would be recreating, or cloning Himself), so in creating humans, He has created imperfection, as humans are capable of committing sins, so in reality, God, himself, has created sin.
But, we are not to commit sins, or at least we have to seek redemption for them through Confession or other (depending on your particular religion). In conclusion, sins are God's creation, but we are to refrain from committing them. Which brings me to my question- is life one big test?

Also, if you disagree with God being the creator of sins or the Creator in general, I'd like to hear your argument as well.

My husband had surgery in 05 and from that we eventually lost EVERYTHING!! The foreclosure process was finally complete in Feb of this year. Does anyone know how many years here in Tx do we have to wait to be able to buy again? I am desperate to become a homeowner again once we get back on our feet.
